Description of the Related Art Since an aluminum laminated film has an extremely high shielding property against liquids and gases, it is used in combination with a heat-sealable material after being processed into various bags for food storage, medical use and the like. . The aluminum laminate film used at that time is mainly composed of three layers including a heat seal layer, a metal layer and a protective layer. When the printability of the protective layer is poor, a layer having good printability may be applied on the protective layer.

In this case, measures against internal pressure such as vacuum packing were taken. However, it could not be used under conditions other than temperature such as an increase in internal pressure, for example, generation of volatile gas.

When the internal pressure rises after the sealing, there is a problem that the aluminum foil is cracked and the interlayer adhesive portion and the seal portion are damaged due to the pressure. Therefore, when a substance that causes an increase in internal pressure, such as a substance that easily vaporizes and has a high vapor pressure, is placed in the sealing bag, and when protecting a container in which gas is pressed, when the internal pressure occurs However, there is a possibility that the number of shielding defects may increase, and it was a problem to use it when high airtight reliability is required.

In the present invention, the first protective layer is preferably made of nylon in order to reinforce the metal pinhole, improve the joint strength between the heat seal layer and the metal layer, and impart toughness and impact resistance. The thickness of the first protective layer is generally 10 μm to 30 μm, and can be selected depending on the required strength. However, if it is less than 10 μm, the pinhole reinforcement of the metal layer is weak.

/ Mm 2 , time 1 sec, and heat seal temperature of 125 ° C., the heat seal strength is about 2 kg / 15 m
m-width, low-density polyethylene is lower and difficult to use. Further, as the Young's modulus of linear low-density polyethylene is increased in terms of composition, the temperature range for achieving the heat seal strength becomes narrower, so the Young's modulus is 14 to 23 kg / mm 2.
The range of (4) is preferable for ensuring the reliability of the heat seal strength (see FIG. 1). The thickness is 30 μm to 20
0 μm is preferable. If the thickness is less than 30 μm, the reliability of the adhesion of the seal portion is deteriorated and a problem occurs. If the thickness is more than 200 μm, the handling property will be sacrificed.

As the aluminum foil thickness decreases, the reliability of the foil as a shielding film decreases. Further, if the thickness is increased, the probability of occurrence of defects due to wrinkles during handling increases. As the second protective layer 4 of the present invention, polyester, polyethylene, nylon or the like is used to reinforce the metal layer. Generally 10 μm thick
~ 30 μm is used. For the film thickness,
Select according to the required strength. However, these are not limited to the structure of the sealing bag.

In dry lamination, first, an adhesive agent dissolved in a solvent is uniformly applied to one surface of a bonding base material. Then blow hot air to the coated adhesive in a drying oven,
Evaporate the solvent. The adhesive coated surface of the laminating substrate and the laminating film are pressure-bonded with a roll and wound. The wound film is aged in order to accelerate the curing by the chemical reaction of the adhesive. The film processed in this manner has a wide selection range of bonding materials, and can meet various resistance requirements by selecting an adhesive.

An aluminum laminate film having a heat-sealing layer of 70 μm (linear low-density polyethylene), a metal layer of 12 μm, and a protective layer of 45 μm (nylon) conforming to 1 was used. To test, a three-way seal bag was manufactured using the heat seal width shown in FIG. The internal pressure resistance strength was measured using the sealing strength (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 20 test) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance No. 17 test method. Table 1 shows the results.
