Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 鋼管のブラスト時に鋼管口に蓋をすること
で鋼管の中にグリットの進入、滞留を防ぐため作業効率
が増大する。 【構成】 （イ）円盤状の外蓋及び内蓋の間隙に
輪状にゴム管を設ける。 （ロ）ゴム管の中心がずれないように外蓋の内側に
ゴム管の固定棒を設け、更に内蓋に孔をあけ、
固定棒を通す。 （ハ）外蓋の中央から内蓋の中央にハンドルを通
し、ハンドルの先端部のボルトを内蓋に溶接したナ
ットと結合させる。 以上を特徴とする。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、鋼管のブラスト時に
鋼管の中にグリットの進入を防ぐための鋼管の蓋に関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】従来、鋼管のブラスト時に、鋼管の中に
グリットの進入を防ぐための蓋はなかった。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、鋼管のブラスト
時にグリットが鋼管の中に進入、滞留するためブラスト
終了の都度、鋼管の片方を持ち上げ（又はつり上げ）
て、グリットを流出させ除去していたため作業が手間取
り、作業効率が悪かった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
（イ）円盤状の外蓋及び内蓋の間隙に輪状にゴム管
を設ける。 （ロ）ゴム管の中心がずれないように外蓋の内側に
ゴム管の固定棒を設け、更に内蓋に孔をあけ、
固定棒を通す。 （ハ）外蓋の中央から内蓋の中央にハンドルを通
し、ハンドルの先端部のボルトを内蓋に溶接したナ
ットと結合させる。 以上の構造からなる鋼管の蓋である。

【実施例】
（イ）ハンドルをにぎり、外蓋の内側を鋼管口に圧
着させる。 （ロ）ハンドルを回転させると内蓋が手前に移動
し、ゴム管を圧縮する。（この場合、固定棒は内蓋
の案内棒及び内蓋を空回転させない役目もなしてい
る。） （ハ）ゴム管が圧縮により変形し鋼管内面と密着する
ため外蓋が、鋼管口に固定する。尚 ゴム管の代わり
に弾力ゴムを使用してもよい。

【発明の効果】鋼管口に蓋をしてブラストすることによ
り鋼管の中にグリットの進入滞留が無くなり、作業効率
が増大することになる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（イ）円盤状の外蓋及び内蓋の間隙に
    輪状にゴム管を設ける。 （ロ）ゴム管の中心がずれないように外蓋の内側に
    ゴム管の固定棒を設け、更に内蓋に孔をあけ、
    固定棒を通す。 （ハ）外蓋の中央から内蓋の中央にハンドルを通
    し、ハンドルの先端部のボルトを内蓋に溶接したナ
    ットと結合させる。 以上の構造からなる鋼管の蓋。
