It is considered that the reason is that the seal member made of the elastic material may not sufficiently enter into the valleys between the threads formed on the bolt. Therefore,
If the inner diameter of the hole for bolt penetration formed in the seal member is made small so that the seal member sufficiently enters into the thread trough of the bolt when tightening the bolt, the operation of attaching the seal washer to the bolt can be performed easily. It turned out to be difficult.

In order to do this, it is necessary to reduce this inner diameter.

At this time, the inner diameter of the hole 24 of the seal member 20 is the inner diameter of the hole 11 of the washer body 10. The diameters of the holes 11 and 24 are set so that they are substantially the same. In this state, the outer peripheral surface of the first annular portion 21, which is the upper side in FIG. 1, comes into contact with the inner surface of the tubular portion 13 of the washer body 10, so that the washer body 1
The seal member 20 is prevented from slipping out of the zero position. When incorporating the seal member 20 into the washer body 10,
Since the seal member 20 is vertically symmetrical, any of them may be placed on the upper side, and the assembling workability is improved.

When the seal member 20 is pressed in the axial direction between the washer body 10 and the washer body 10, the first annular portion 21 is pressed before pressing.
While the second annular portion 22 and the second annular portion 22 are inclined with respect to each other at a predetermined angle θ as shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. When they are in close contact with each other, they are in a parallel state and each is in parallel with the disk portion 12.

As the inner peripheral portion 23 of the seal member 20 is contracted and displaced radially inward as the 1 and 22 become parallel, the inner diameter of the hole of the inner peripheral portion 23 is small as shown in FIG. Becomes 2 shows a state where the bolt 30 does not penetrate, and a state where the bolt 30 penetrates is shown by a chain double-dashed line. As can be seen from the comparison between FIG. 1 and FIG. When the portions 21 and 22 are parallel to each other, the inner peripheral portion 23 of the seal member 20 is largely displaced radially inward. Therefore, when the seal member 20 is axially pressed as shown in FIG. 2 with the bottle 30 penetrating, the contracted and displaced portion surely comes into close contact with the screw portion 30b of the bolt 30.

When the bolt 30 is fastened in this manner and the seal member 20 is axially pressed between the head portion 30a of the bolt 30 and the fastened member 32, the first annular portion 21 and the second annular portion 22 become the inner peripheral portion 23. Is bent about, and the outer peripheral portions of both annular portions 21 and 22 are in a parallel state in which they are in contact with each other.
As a result, the inner peripheral surface of the hole 24 of the inner peripheral portion 23 is contracted and displaced in the radial direction and enters the valley between the threads of the bolt 30. As shown in FIG. 3, this displacement amount is sufficient so that a part of the inner peripheral portion 23 of the seal member 20 is axially displaced and enters the hole 11 of the washer body 10,
Even if a fluid such as oil or water is present in the fastened member 32 and the pressure of the fluid is high, it is possible to reliably prevent the fluid from leaking from the gap between the bolt 30 and the screw hole of the fastened member 32. To do.

When compressed inside, the seal member 20 always urges a spring force in the direction of separating the washer body 10 and the fastened member 32, and this spring force surely prevents the bolt 30 from loosening.
