【0004】〔課題を解決するための手段〕この発明を
設置した場合、
1、装置の着脱は不用であり、簡単な操作でスベリ止部
分の、▲高▼、低、の調節ができるため、氷雪路と普通
の路面との堺における切替作業に時間と手数が掛らな
い。
2、普通の路面走行時は、スベリ止部分が道路に接触す
ることが無いので、効果の▲高▼いスベリ止を組込むこ
とができる。
