Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically notify the calling destination of the emergency contents by a wire/wireless telephone set. SOLUTION: In an emergency, an emergency notifying method successively collates the voices which are produced by a user with a specific intention with every voice pattern received from a voice pattern storage part 3 via a voice receiving part 1 by a voice pattern collation part 2. If the occurrence of an emergency is detected by coincidence between the voices of the user and a certain voice pattern, an automatic transmitting part 4 performs an automatic transmitting operation by a wire/wireless telephone set 5 based on the telephone number of the calling destination corresponding to the relevant voice pattern. Then the emergency contents corresponding to the voice pattern are sent to the calling destination from the part 3 by the set 5 via the part 4 as the reproduced voices.

2. Description of the Related Art From the point of view of crime prevention, so-called crime prevention bells have been put into practical use as a part of crime prevention devices, and are gradually becoming popular. When an emergency situation is encountered, such as being attacked by a user, the security bell must be mechanically operated by the user himself. The occurrence of an emergency situation is to be reported to the surroundings. According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-122536, if any of the narrow range portable transmitters is manually activated,
The warning signal from the transmitting device is received by the receiving device installed within the receiving range, and the alarm is issued to the guardian. Further, according to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-234984, an emergency signal transmitted from an emergency notification device is once received by a wireless receiver when an emergency button is operated, or at a set time interval or timing of a set time. In addition, it is urged to take appropriate measures by being sent to the called center via the emergency call telephone.

However, since the crime prevention bell must be mechanically operated by the user himself for the first time when an emergency situation is encountered, it cannot be operated for some reason. If it is broken, the original function as a crime prevention bell can no longer be fulfilled. In addition, when an emergency situation is encountered, even if an attempt is made to notify the appropriate destination using a wired / wireless telephone, it will not be possible due to the lack of time, or the person will be upset. Under the present circumstances, the contents cannot be reported promptly and accurately to the report recipient, which causes an unexpected situation.

The first object is to receive a voice generated by a user of an alarm device, and to compare it with a voice pattern of the user himself registered in advance by the user. In this way, when the occurrence of an emergency is detected, the alarm device itself is automatically activated and the alarm is activated. The second purpose is to store a voice receiving unit that receives a voice generated by a user of the device itself, and a voice pattern input from the user via the voice receiving unit, which is pre-stored as playable later. Each time a voice is received by the voice pattern storage unit and the voice receiving unit, the voice pattern is read from the voice pattern storing unit, and then compared with the received voice pattern from the voice receiving unit to determine whether they match. A voice pattern comparison and collation unit that outputs the comparison and collation result as an emergency occurrence detection output, and an emergency occurrence detection output from the voice pattern comparison and collation unit are automatically activated as activation signals, and the alarm activation state is set. This is achieved by configuring with the alarm device main body.

The third purpose is that the voice generated by the user of the wired telephone is received and the user of the voice telephone sets the voice in advance.
As described above, by sequentially comparing and collating each of the registered user's own voice patterns, if the occurrence of an emergency is detected from the comparison and collation result relating to the matching with any of the voice patterns, the matching is performed. An emergency situation in which the wired telephone automatically sends a call based on the callee telephone number stored in advance for voice pattern correspondence, waits for a response from the callee, and is stored in advance in correspondence with the voice pattern corresponding to the above match. This is achieved by automatically sending the contents to the report destination. The fourth purpose is that the voice generated by the user of the wireless telephone is received, and then one or more voice patterns of the user himself / herself registered by the user are sequentially compared and collated. When an emergency situation is detected from the comparison and matching result related to the matching with any of the voice patterns, an automatic call is made from the wireless telephone based on the telephone number of the callee stored in advance corresponding to the matching voice pattern. This is achieved by waiting for a response from the callee and automatically sending the content of the emergency situation stored in advance to the callee in correspondence with the voice pattern corresponding to the match.

That is, existing alarm devices and wired / wireless telephones use a voice receiving unit (voice receiving function) 1 for receiving voice generated by a user, and use of the voice receiving unit 1 input through the voice receiving unit 1. A voice pattern from a person is stored in advance as a readable voice pattern storage unit (voice pattern storage function) 3 and a voice pattern is stored in the voice pattern storage unit 3 every time a voice is received by the voice receiving unit 1. And a voice pattern comparison and collation unit (voice pattern comparison and collation function) 2 for performing comparison and collation with the voice pattern received from the voice receiving unit 1 inevitably.
As a result, the voice from the user is always converted into an electric signal by the voice receiving unit 1 and then sent to the voice pattern comparing and collating unit 2. However, the voice pattern comparing and collating unit 2 also outputs the voice from the user. Is temporarily stored as a background noise-removed state by the bandpass filter, and from the time when the voice signal level reaches a predetermined level, one or more voice patterns registered in the voice pattern storage unit 3 in advance are stored. The comparison and matching in the voice pattern recognition are sequentially performed between them. In the comparison and collation, the degree of coincidence equal to or higher than the appropriately set allowable degree of coincidence is obtained as the comparison and collation result, and therefore, it may be regarded as the coincidence.

Now, first, the alarm device according to the present invention (of course, the alarm device main body is not shown in FIG. 1) will be described. It is sufficient that only the types of voice patterns are stored in advance. This is because the alarm device body may be automatically activated and placed in an alarm activated state only when a specific voice pattern is intentionally emitted from the user. Therefore, in order to activate the alarm device main body, it suffices that the user simply emits the specific voice at a high voice level. The specific voice is received by the voice receiving unit 1, and
The voice pattern of the user himself / herself registered in advance by the user from the voice pattern storage unit 3 is compared and collated by the voice pattern comparison and collation unit 2, so that the coincidence degree equal to or higher than the allowable coincidence degree is obtained as the comparison and collation result. As a result, the occurrence of an emergency situation has been detected. When an emergency occurrence is detected, the alarm device main body is automatically activated by using the emergency occurrence detection output as a start signal, so that the alarm device main body can be easily activated. Is.

Next, referring to FIG. 1, when an emergency situation is encountered, the contents of the emergency situation can be automatically and promptly notified from the wired / wireless telephone to the callee. In this case, the automatic transmission unit 4 as an automatic transmission function to an arbitrary specific report destination is interposed between the voice pattern comparison / collation unit 2 and the wired / wireless telephone 5 described above. Further, in this case, unlike the case of the above-described alarm device, in general, one or more kinds of voice patterns and the contents of the emergency are stored in advance as a pair in correspondence with the specific addressee in the voice pattern storage unit 3. Has become necessary. This is because it is necessary to uniquely determine the specific report destination according to what kind of voice pattern is issued by the user, and to send the desired emergency content to the report destination. In addition, the automatic transmission section 4 also needs to prestore the telephone numbers of the callees corresponding to each of the voice patterns stored in the voice pattern storage section 3 in advance. ing.

Therefore, when a user encounters an emergency situation, a sound is generated from the user with a specific intention, the sound is received by the sound receiving section 1, and further, the sound is received by the user in advance. As described above, by sequentially comparing and collating each of the user's own voice patterns registered in the voice pattern storage unit 3 with the voice pattern comparing and collating unit 2, it is possible to detect the occurrence of an emergency by a match with any one of the voice patterns. I will get it. When an emergency situation is detected, the wired / wireless telephone 5 may automatically make an outgoing call by the automatic caller 4 based on the telephone number of the callee stored in advance for the voice pattern corresponding to the match. It ’s good. After that, waiting for the callee to respond to the call, the content of the emergency stored in advance as a pair with the voice pattern related to the match from the voice pattern storage unit 3 is automatically voiced by the automatic transmission unit 4. When it is transmitted from the wired / wireless telephone 5 to the report destination, the content of the emergency (generally, including the name and address of the user) is generally and promptly displayed at the report destination. Is known to. However, at that time, instead of the content of the emergency from the voice pattern storage unit 3, the voice from the user can be sent to the callee as the content of the emergency, or one of them can be sent preferentially. However, the transmission mode depends on the preset setting.

By the way, when the content of the emergency is automatically sent from the wired telephone to the destination, the location of the wired telephone can be easily identified at the destination of the call. Therefore, the call notified of the content of the emergency is made. Even if necessary measures can be taken relatively early, it is undeniable that it is more difficult to identify the position of a wireless telephone, especially a mobile telephone, at that time than a PHS telephone. This is because the coverage area of each wireless base station for wireless phones on wireless communication is
It is considerably wider than each of the radio base stations for PHS telephones,
This is because it is difficult to quickly identify the position. Therefore, the PHS telephone is generally desirable as the wireless telephone when the content of the emergency is automatically sent from the wireless telephone to the other party. When the PHS telephone automatically sends the content of the emergency to the callee, if the PHS telephone also sends the radio base station ID where the location is currently registered, if the callee receives the radio base station ID From the list, the coverage area of the wireless base station is known, and it is easily known that the user of the PHS telephone is actually present in the coverage area.
