(57) [Summary] [Structure] The disposer 2 is attached to the drainage port of the sink, and the object to be treated from the disposer 2 is fixed outdoors by the solid-liquid separation section 6 having a draining plate 5 for separating it into liquid and solid. After liquid separation, the liquid content of the object to be treated is stored in the septic tank 4 provided below the draining plate 5 and aerated by the aeration device 11, and the solid content is rotated by the transfer plate 8 provided in the solid-liquid separation unit 6. A sensor 10 that detects the scum generated on the surface of the water in the septic tank 4 due to aeration is disposed near the bottom of the draining plate 5 as well as being decomposed by microorganisms etc. transferred to the processing tank 19 and cultured in the carrier 18. By doing so, when the scum floats on the draining plate 5, the transfer plate 8 is rotated to transfer the scum to the processing tank 19 for processing. [Effect] Since the object to be treated such as garbage can be separated into liquid and solid and decomposed respectively, and the scum of the septic tank can be decomposed together with the solid, it is possible to prevent the reduction of the purification efficiency due to the generation of scum.
