Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 チャックに把持したワークを加工する工
作機械の主軸と平行な軸のまわりで揺動可能なスイング
アームの先端に設けられたバケットを加工が終わって落
下させるワークをほぼ水平姿勢で受け取る前記チャック
下方のワーク受取位置と、ほぼ垂直姿勢で前記ワークを
機外に払い出すワーク払出位置とに交互に位置決めする
ワーク搬出装置において、前記スイングアーム先端に設
けられ前記ワーク受取位置でほぼ上下に開口する中空角
筒形状の枠体部と、該枠体部に底が浅くなったり深くな
ったりするように移動可能に嵌合さればねにより常時前
記底が浅くなるように付勢される有底角筒形状の本体部
と、該本体部の前記枠体部に対する移動範囲を規制する
手段とにより前記バケットを構成し、設定重量を超える
ワークを受け取ると本体部がばねの力に抗して底が深く
なるように移動することを特徴とする工作機械のワーク
搬出装置。
1. A work which drops a bucket provided at the end of a swing arm that is swingable around an axis parallel to the main axis of a machine tool for processing a work gripped by a chuck after the processing is completed and is in a substantially horizontal posture. In a work unloading device for alternately positioning a work receiving position below the chuck for receiving and a work discharging position for discharging the work out of the machine in a substantially vertical posture, the work unloading device is provided at the tip of the swing arm and is substantially vertically moved at the work receiving position. A hollow rectangular tube-shaped frame portion that is open to the inside, and is movably fitted to the frame body portion so that the bottom becomes shallower or deeper, and is always urged by a spring so that the bottom becomes shallower. The bucket is constituted by a bottom-cornered tubular main body and means for restricting the range of movement of the main body with respect to the frame body. A work unloading device for a machine tool, characterized in that the main body moves against the force of the spring so that the bottom becomes deeper.
