In the conventional example disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 39143, as shown in FIG. 7, a floor panel 1 having a square shape in a plan view is vertically and horizontally divided into 3 rows and 3 columns, each of which is divided into nine block bodies 2. The wiring groove 3 is formed in a cross shape so that the center of the wiring becomes an intersection. Then, the conventional floor panel 1 having a square shape in plan view (for example, 500 mm × 500 mm)
Are arranged as shown in FIG. 8 to form a wiring floor A. In the wiring floor A thus formed, the wiring grooves 3 are continuously formed to form a grid-shaped wiring groove 3 group. Of.

The grid-shaped wiring groove groups 3 formed as described above are adjacent to each other in the vertical and horizontal directions.
Two block bodies 2 having no wiring groove 3 are interposed therebetween. That is, the pitch of the wiring grooves 3 in both the vertical and horizontal directions is one side of the square wiring floor panel 1 (for example, 500 m).
The pitch is the same as the length of m). Reference numeral 8 in FIG. 7 denotes a lid that covers the wiring groove 3. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the lid 8 is removed when a plurality of floor panels 1 are arranged vertically and horizontally to form the wiring floor A.

However, in recent years, a higher floor finish height has been required from the viewpoint of securing a living space. Therefore, as in the conventional case, the floor has a square shape in plan view and the center of the square intersects with the intersection. In the case where the wiring grooves 3 are formed in a cross shape so that, when these are arranged vertically and horizontally, there are two block bodies 2 that do not have the wiring grooves 3 between the adjacent wiring grooves 3 in both the vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, the amount of the wiring groove 3 tends to be insufficient in the entire floor device formed by arranging the plurality of floor panels 1 side by side. In particular, there is a problem that the wiring groove 3 is insufficient because the cables are densely packed around the distribution board. Further, in the past, in consideration of workability, the floor panel 1 has a plane size of, for example, 500 mm × 500 mm, and when a plurality of floor panels 1 are vertically and horizontally arranged, a grid-like wiring is provided. Since the pitch between the wiring grooves 3 in the vertical and horizontal directions of the groove group 3 is the same and is as long as 500 mm, for example, there are restrictions on the wiring design. Moreover, since the plane size is, for example, 500 mm × 500 mm, a molding machine of 800 to 1000 tons is required for molding with synthetic resin.

Thus, the floor panel 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view having the above-described structure is arranged in a plurality of rows and columns on a floor base material like a concrete slab as shown in FIG. To form. The wiring floor A thus formed is one in which the wiring grooves 3 are continuous to form a grid-shaped wiring groove group 3. In addition, this grid-shaped wiring groove group 3 has two blocks 2c in the horizontal direction in which the block body 2c with a top plate having no wiring groove 3 between adjacent wiring grooves 3 is provided.
However, in the vertical direction, one block body 2c with a top plate having no wiring groove 3 is interposed between the adjacent wiring grooves 3. That is, the pitch of the wiring grooves 3 in the horizontal direction is the same as the length (500 mm) of the long side of the floor panel 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view, but the pitch of the wiring grooves 3 in the vertical direction is a floor having a rectangular shape in plan view. The pitch is the same as the length of the short side of the panel 1 (333 mm), and therefore the number of wiring grooves 3 can be increased in the vertical direction.

As described above, a plurality of floor panels 1 are arranged vertically and horizontally to form a wiring floor A, and wiring groove groups 3 each having wiring grooves 3 arranged in a grid pattern are formed vertically and horizontally.
Is used for wiring. Wiring floor A
A floor finishing material (not shown) such as tile carpet is laid on the upper surface of the. Therefore, in the present invention, when a plurality of floor panels 1 are arranged vertically and horizontally to form the wiring floor A, the number of wiring grooves 3 can be increased in the vertical direction as described above, so that the height of the floor panel 1 can be reduced. However, even if the finishing height of the wiring floor A is reduced, the wiring groove 3 will not run short. Further, although the cables are densely packed in the main line portion (around the distribution board), in the present invention, the wiring line 3 is selected in the wiring groove 3 having a smaller pitch, while the wiring groove 3 is formed in the branch portion. The one with the larger pitch is selected.

When the floor panel 1 is placed on a floor base material such as a concrete slab, even if the floor base material such as the concrete slab is uneven, the floor panel 1 is divided into six blocks. Since the adjacent block bodies 2 are divided into two and are connected to each other by the thin hinge portion 30, the unevenness is absorbed by bending the thin hinge portion 30.

Here, since adjacent block bodies 2 are connected to each other by the thin-walled hinge portion 3 to absorb the unevenness of the floor base material such as concrete slab, the bottom portion of the wiring groove 3 is bent and the concrete is bent. There is no need to absorb the inferiority of the floor base material such as a slab. Therefore, even though the wiring grooved block bodies 2a and 2b are provided with the wiring groove 3, the wiring grooved block body is formed by thickly forming the groove bottom portion 15 constituting the bottom of the groove so that the wiring grooved block body 2a, 2b is not easily deformed. Make sure that 2a and 2b are not deformed. That is, the thickness of the groove bottom portion 15 is equal to the leg portions 4a, 4
The thickness is made thicker than the thickness of the portions forming b and 4c.

As described above, according to the present invention, wiring grooves that are orthogonal to each other in plan view are formed in a floor panel having a rectangular shape in plan view, and the floor panel is vertically and horizontally arranged in 2 rows and 3 columns. The floor panel is divided into six block bodies and the orthogonal wiring grooves are formed in two vertically adjacent block bodies and three horizontally adjacent block bodies. A large amount of wiring grooves can be obtained when a wiring floor is formed by arranging a plurality of wirings vertically and horizontally, and as a result, a sufficient wiring groove amount can be secured even if the height of the floor panel in the vertical direction is reduced. Since the pitch between the wiring grooves in the direction is short, the wiring can be easily designed. Further, since the vertical direction can be shortened, the molding machine can be small in size and excellent in manufacturing.
