(57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently communicate the medicine in the medicine containing section to the patient by the air discharged from the pump section by connecting the medicine containing section and the ventilation path in synchronization with the timing at which the patient inhales air. Administer. A needle valve 25 that opens and closes a drug powder outflow passage 8 that communicates with a capsule storage chamber 7, a flap valve 28 that opens when a patient inhales, and a needle valve that operates in conjunction with the valve opening operation of the flap valve 28. The interlocking rod 29 for seating 25 on the chemical powder outflow passage 8 is provided. Therefore,
The patient inhales, and the negative pressure at this time causes the flap valve 28 to open, and at the same time, the air discharged from the pump unit 20 can cause the medicine powder to flow out from the medicine powder outflow passage 8. The outflow timing of the drug powder by the pump unit 20 can be synchronized.

In the method of inhaling the medicinal powder filled in a capsule, the patient has an inlet port in which a mouth is provided, and one side is opened to the atmosphere side and the other side is provided with a ventilation path opened to the inlet port through a capsule storage chamber. Using the inhaler described above, the capsule is mounted in the capsule storage chamber of the inhaler, and a hole communicating with the air passage is formed in the capsule using a piercing needle or the like. Then, in this state, the medicine powder in the capsule is discharged into the inhalation port by the airflow passing through the ventilation passage by sucking the breath in addition to the inhalation port,
It is inhaled into the patient's lungs.

After that, the pump part is pressed. When the patient draws air through the suction port in this state, the inside of the suction port becomes negative pressure and the flap valve opens due to the pressure difference, and the air flows from the ventilation passage to the suction port side, and the interlocking rod moves the flap. The needle valve moves in conjunction with the valve opening operation, the needle valve opens due to the urging force of the spring member, and the drug outflow passage communicates with the ventilation passage. As a result, the air discharged from the pump portion flows into the medicine storage chamber, and the air causes the medicine in the medicine storage portion to be agitated and ejected from the medicine outflow passage to the ventilation passage. Along with that, medicine can be inhaled. Further, when the patient coughs while holding the suction port, the flap valve closes to block the suction port and prevent backflow of air.

By sucking air through the suction port, the second valve body is opened due to the pressure difference at the time of suction, air is circulated from the air passage to the suction port side, and the second valve body is opened by the interlocking member. The first valve body is opened in association with the valve so that the air passage and the medicine container are in communication with each other. As a result, the air discharged from the pump portion can flow into the medicine container, and the air can agitate the medicine in the medicine container and eject the air into the ventilation passage. Can be inhaled. As a result, even when using the pump section,
As described in the prior art, it is possible to prevent the patient from coughing or the drug from flowing backwards through the air passage, so that it is possible to reliably inhale the prescribed amount of the drug even for children and the elderly who have weak suction power. Efficacy can be increased and reliability can be improved.

After that, the pump is pressed, and in this state the patient draws in the air through the suction port, creating a negative pressure inside the suction port and opening the flap valve due to the pressure difference, causing air to flow from the ventilation passage to the suction port side. While flowing, the interlocking rod can be moved in conjunction with the valve opening operation of the flap valve, and the needle valve can be opened by the urging force of the spring member to connect the medicine outflow passage to the ventilation passage. As a result, the air discharged from the pump portion can flow into the medicine containing chamber, and the air can agitate the medicine in the medicine containing portion and eject it from the medicine outflow passage to the ventilation passage. Chemicals can be inhaled with circulating air. As a result, even when the pump unit is used, it is possible to prevent the patient from coughing or the drug from flowing backwards through the air passage as described in the prior art, so that the prescribed amount of the drug can be used even for children and the elderly who have a weak suction force. Can be surely inhaled, the efficacy of the drug can be enhanced, and the reliability can be improved. Also, if the patient coughs with the mouth held, the flap valve can be closed to close the mouth and prevent backflow of air, so the drug is released to the outside through the ventilation passage. Can be prevented.

In this state, the patient holds the intake port and blows air. By sucking, the suction port becomes negative pressure and the flap valve opens due to the pressure difference, and air flows from the ventilation passage to the suction port side, and the interlocking mechanism interlocks with the opening operation of the flap valve, and the needle valve Open the valve to connect the chemical outflow passage to the ventilation passage. As a result, the air discharged from the pump portion can flow into the medicine container, and the air can agitate the medicine in the medicine container and eject it from the medicine outflow passage to the ventilation passage. In addition, if the patient coughs while holding the suction port, the flap valve can be closed to block the suction port and prevent backflow of air.In addition, the needle valve blocks the drug outflow passage. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the medicine from flowing out from the medicine container.

The rack can rotate the pinion, and the needle valve can be opened and closed through the second rack that meshes with the pinion. Therefore, even if the drug suction operation is interrupted by coughing during the drug suction, the flap valve At the same time as the valve is closed, the drug outflow passage can be closed by the needle valve, and it is possible to prevent the air in the medicine storage unit from releasing the drug in the drug storage unit to the outside through the ventilation passage, and the prescribed amount of drug to the patient. Can be reliably inhaled.
