2. Description of the Related Art A 600V-rated vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable is economically excellent and is widely used especially for low-voltage outdoor use. In the conventional vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable 1A has a structure in which it is a round cable. The jute 4 and other inclusions are twisted into the gap between the two, and the tape 5 such as a non-woven fabric is wound on the jute 4 so that the twisted jute 4 does not loosen or melt.
A VC (polyvinyl chloride) sheath 6 was provided as an exterior. For this reason, many steps are required during manufacturing, and
The tape and jute had to be removed during the construction work, making the construction work inefficient. In addition, copper, which becomes a conductor, P
Since there are a wide variety of materials such as VC, jute, and pressure wrapping tape, there is a problem in that it takes time and effort to sort them and it is difficult to dispose of them or recycle them.

Therefore, the applicant of the present invention has created a vinyl-insulated vinyl-sheathed cable, which is manufactured as a PVC resin composition except for copper conductors, by filling the gap between the cable cores with PVC putty instead of jute. It was already proposed in the open technical report (Kogi No. 94-22267). As a result, productivity in cable manufacturing can be improved, labor can be saved during cable construction, and cable recycling processing is facilitated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the low voltage wiring cable according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a low voltage wiring cable according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the low voltage wiring cable of FIG. In this example, a case where a two-core vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable is applied as the low-voltage wiring cable will be described. The same parts as those of the conventional structure are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. In the figure, the copper conductor 2 is subjected to PVC insulation treatment by extrusion, and the insulation core 3
(PVC insulator) is formed. The two insulated wire cores 3 are
While being twisted along the axial direction, a foamed PVC interposer 7, which will be described later, is filled in the gap between the wire cores 3 for the purpose of ensuring the circular shape of the cable. The vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable 1 is constructed by providing a PVC sheath 6 covering the insulated wire core 3 and the foamed PVC intervening 7 on the exterior. With the above-mentioned configuration, the vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable 1 in this embodiment is all made of a PVC resin composition except for the copper conductor 2. Table 1 below shows the composition of PVC putty which is a foamed PVC intervening material.

As shown in Table 1 above, by incorporating a low temperature foaming agent into PVC putty, the low temperature foaming agent is completely foamed at a foaming temperature of 58 to 60 ° C. to form a foamed PVC inclusion 7. The content of 2% by weight shown in the table is optimum for this foaming agent, and it is preferably used in the range of 2.0 to 2.2. When it is less than 2.0, the foaming rate is low, and the flexibility and The ease of stripping becomes insufficient, and if it is 2.3 or more, the workability becomes poor. Further, as is clear from Table 1, the PVC putty contains the release agent, so that the PVC insulator 3, the foamed PVC interposer 7, and the PVC sheath 6 of the finished cable are formed.
Are easily peeled off from each other, and thus the work of stripping the foamed PVC intervening material 7 in the cable construction work is facilitated. The optimum content of silicone as the release agent is 3% by weight shown in the table, preferably 2.8 to 3.2.
Used in the range. When it is 3.3 or more, bleeding occurs and the releasability is impaired, and when it is less than 2.8, the releasability cannot be expected and the peeling property cannot be obtained.

Next, a manufacturing process of the vinyl-insulated vinyl sheath cable 1 having the above structure will be described. In the manufacturing process shown in FIG. 3, the two PVC insulators 3 whose copper conductors 2 have been insulated in the previous step are continuously conveyed in the horizontal direction (from the left side to the right side in the figure) to preheat the feeder 10 integrally. It is introduced into the die 11. Here, the PVC putty made of the resin composition shown in Table 1 above is continuously injected from the feeder 10 into the preheating die 11, and the PVC putty is heated by the preheating die 11 while the foamed PVC intervening 7 (see FIGS. (See reference). During this filling, the low temperature foaming agent compounded in the PVC putty is completely foamed and gelation proceeds. At this time, the thixotropy-imparting agent contained in the PVC putty prevents the PVC putty from dripping, and the epoxy resin and triethylenetetramine (TETA), which are gelation accelerators, promote gelation.
After that, the wire is guided to the sheath extrusion machine 12, and PV
The C-sheath 6 is coated as an exterior to be commercialized. At this time, the PVC putty is further heated by the heat of the sheath and the gelation is completed.

Next, in order to show the improvement of the characteristics of the vinyl-insulated vinyl sheathed cable 1 produced by the above process due to the PVC intervening PVC 7, from the result of the experiment conducted by the applicant,
Table 2 below shows a comparative example of a wire rod and a PVC interposition that does not contain a foaming agent.

From Table 2, first, regarding the flexibility, it can be seen that the flexural stress of the present invention is 2 N (Newton) or less, which is smaller than that of the comparative example. Therefore,
The thing of this invention is excellent in bending workability, and installation work at the time of construction work is easy. Further, it is understood that the foam inclusion according to the present invention is superior to the comparative example in terms of weight reduction and easiness of peeling, and in particular, the inclusion of the cable can be efficiently removed by the effect of the release agent.

As described above, since the low-voltage wiring cable according to the present invention has the foamed PVC intervening serving as the foaming material in the gap between the insulating cores, the conventional PVC intervening one is provided. Bending stress and weight reduction are remarkably better than those of, and the ease of peeling is also improved, and construction work can be performed well. Further, as compared with the conventional one using the jute interposition, the construction work only removes the foamed PVC interposition, and the labor of removing the press-wrap tape and the jute can be saved, so that the labor of the cable construction work can be reduced. In addition, the finished cable according to the present invention is composed of only copper and PVC, and the copper and PVC can be easily and completely separated from each other, which facilitates recycling of the cable.
