A baggage holder comprising: a locking portion that removably locks to a part of a chair; and a fixed holding body that is connected to the locking portion and that holds baggage. 4. The baggage holder according to claim 1, wherein the engaging portion is detachably attached to a leg portion of a chair. 5.
