By the way, in the above airtight container, since it is composed of two molded products of a container body and a lid having different shapes, two kinds of manufacturing dies are required, and manufacturing process control and Product inventory management, etc. must be performed for each of the containers while matching the numbers on the container body and lid. Therefore, a container has been devised in which the container body and the lid have the same shape. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-32682, as shown in FIG.
And a pair of opposing peripheral walls 21 of the container body 201.
One of the peripheral walls 211, 212 is formed higher than the other peripheral wall 212, and the other pair of opposing peripheral walls 213, 214 is
The peripheral walls are matched with the peripheral walls 211 and 212 having the height difference.
The depths of the peripheral wall 211 side and the peripheral wall 212 side are changed by inclining the middle of the upper edge of 213, 214, while the lid 202 also faces one peripheral wall 221 of one pair of facing peripheral walls 221, 222. One pair of peripheral walls 223 that are formed higher than the side peripheral wall 222 and that face each other.
As with the container body 201, the upper and lower edges of 224 and 224 are slanted to change the depth of the container to make it a container for exhibition.
Adjacent fitting portions x and y and x ′ and y ′ in each side portion are formed so that the convex portion p and the concave portion q are in an inward / outward inverse relationship, and x and x ′ in the opposing side portions are formed. Also, the convex portion p and the concave portion q are formed so as to have an inward / outward inverse relationship in y and y ′, so that the container body 201 and the lid body 202 are formed in exactly the same shape.

It is formed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the mating groove 131, or the inner surface of the mating groove 133 or the outer surface of the mating protrusion 134, and discharges the air in the container compressed by the lid to the outside. The lid 102 is prevented from being lifted up due to the increase in the container internal pressure, and the lid 102 is prevented from coming off. Further, the lid closing work is further facilitated, and the automatic lid closing work by mechanization is enabled. Further, in this case, the through hole 132 and the communication groove 136,
Alternatively, as a ventilation path that communicates with the inside and outside of the container, which includes the through hole 135 and the communication groove 137, free air flow is impeded when there is no pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container, and at the same time, for example, this container is housed in a vacuum chamber. When the pressure inside the container is different from that inside the container, it is possible to circulate the air inside and outside the container, such as when the container is evacuated or decompressed to a vacuum state in the vacuum chamber and then taken out from the vacuum chamber. By setting such ventilation resistance, the vacuum precooling work can be performed with the lid closed, and the precooling work at the time of shipping vegetables, fruits, etc. can be efficiently performed.

In addition to this, free air circulation is impeded when there is no pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container, and at the same time air circulation is possible when there is a pressure difference, allowing vacuum precooling with the lid closed. As a structure for forming such a container, for example, structures as shown in FIGS. 29 and 30 can also be adopted.
This is because the fitting ridges 121 and 122 as the airtight fitting structure formed on the upper end surface 103 of the peripheral wall as the joint portion with the lid body 102 in the container body 101, and the lower end surface of the peripheral wall as the joint portion of the lid body 102. By forming the fitting ridges 123 and 124 formed in 104 with a gap D between their ends, as shown in FIG. 31, the ventilation for communicating the inside and outside of the container when the lid is closed. The route R is formed. In this case, the ventilation resistance in the ventilation path R changes depending on the width of the fitting projections 121 and 122 and the size of the gap D between the ends thereof, and means for further adjusting the ventilation resistance of the ventilation path R. As shown in FIG. 32, for example, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to increase the ventilation resistance by lengthening the distance between the inside and outside of the container by the ventilation path R by forming an oblique cutout in the intermediate portion of the fitting convex strips 123, 124 of the lid 102 and the lid 102. is there.

According to the airtight container of the first aspect of the present invention, a fitting structure having the same shape and capable of being fitted to each other is formed at each of the joint portions of the container body and the lid, and the lower surface of the container body and the lid are joined together. Since the locking structure which can be locked with each other and has the same shape is formed on the upper surface of the body, the container body and the lid body can be made to have exactly the same shape. There is no need to mold two types of molded products, and both the container body and lid can be molded with one mold, which can streamline manufacturing costs and facilitates manufacturing process management and product inventory management. Become. Moreover, in this airtight container, even when a plurality of containers are stacked vertically, the upper surface of the lid of the lower container and the lower surface of the main body of the upper container are locked, and the stacked containers are misaligned, Furthermore, it is possible to stack a plurality of containers vertically without dropping the upper container. Furthermore, by making the fitting structure of the joint part of the container main body and the locking structure of the lower surface of the container main body and the upper surface of the lid body common, it is possible to combine molded products of different heights to achieve a depth between the container body and the lid body. Different types of containers can be configured, and in that case, the total inventory of these products can be reduced, and the manufacturing process control, product inventory control, etc. can be rationalized.
