The printing method is widely adopted. In this printing method, a heat-sensitive stencil sheet obtained by laminating a porous base material such as Japanese paper, a non-woven fabric or a screen with a thermoplastic resin film with an appropriate adhesive is punched using a thermal head or the like. The original plate made by making is used.

のである。The density of the printed image is undesired when printing is carried out using the above-mentioned porous base material, especially a heat-sensitive stencil sheet using screen gauze and obtained by plate-making. There is a problem in that a phenomenon occurs in which a non-uniform portion occurs (this phenomenon is referred to as "moire" in the present specification). In particular, moire is likely to occur in a so-called halftone reproduced portion of a printed image.
In order to solve the problems of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet using the screen gauze, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 5-319529 filed by the same applicant as the present application discloses a warp thread of the screen gauze and a thermal head. There has been proposed a method for producing a heat-sensitive screen printing original plate in which a perforation is performed so that a predetermined angle is formed with the running direction. According to this proposal, it is possible to solve some problems, but it is still not satisfactory. Further, in the case where the warp threads of the screen gauze and the running direction of the thermal head are perforated at a constant angle, the warp threads are produced in a vertical state.

There is a problem that it is necessary to change the traveling direction of the round head, which causes extra trouble. Therefore,
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat-sensitive stencil sheet which does not cause moire and which solves the above problems.

In this case, it is based on the finding that the occurrence of moire is completely prevented. That is, the present invention provides a heat-sensitive stencil sheet which is perforated by a thermal head to form a plate, wherein the heat-sensitive stencil sheet comprises an ink-impermeable thermoplastic film and a screen gauze bonded to each other. The heat sensitive stencil sheet is characterized in that the gauze comprises a regular or irregular array of a plurality of regions each having a different mesh number.

The heat-sensitive stencil sheet obtained as described above was perforated and printed using a pre-port printing machine (VT-3820). At this time, the regions having different mesh numbers were arranged in the above order in the traveling direction of the thermal head.
