Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属支持体、その金属支持体上の焼結層、及び焼結層の気孔中に浸透し、 焼結層を覆う、軸受低摩擦面を与えるライニング層を包含する滑り軸受において 、前記ライニング層が2〜10体積%のフィブリル化アラミド繊維を含有するポ リテトラフルオロエチレンを含むことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 2.ライニング層が、28体積%までの充填剤も含む、請求項1に記載の滑り 軸受。 3.充填剤がフッ化カルシウムである、請求項2に記載の滑り軸受。 4.充填剤が、 テトラフルオロエチレン・ペルフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体 テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体 テトラフルオロエチレン プロピレン エーテル重合体 テトラフルオロエチレン・エチレン共重合体 ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン重合体 ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン・エチレン共重合体 ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン重合体 ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン・フッ化ビニリデン共重合体、及び ヘキサフルオロプロピレン重合体 から選択された重合体材料である、請求項2に記載の滑り軸受。 5.繊維を濡らし、ライニング層全体に分布した、更に別の重合体材料もライ ニング層が含み、その結果、前記別の重合体材料に接着することにより繊維が前 記ライニング層に固定されている、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受物体。 6.更に別の重合体材料が硫化ポリフェニレンである、請求項5に記載の滑り 軸受。 7.フィブリル化アラミド繊維が、平均0.2〜1mmの長さを有する、請求 項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受を製造する方法において、 ライニング層の成分と有機潤滑剤との泥漿物を形成し、前記泥漿物を焼結層の上 に広げ、熱及び圧力を加えて前記泥漿物を前記焼結層の間隙中に押し込み、前記 泥漿物を固化し、それに滑らかな表面を与えることを包含することを特徴とする 滑り軸受製造方法。 9.ライニング層の成分を含む混合紙料から乾燥紙状物質を形成し、前記紙状 物質を焼結層に融着することを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の滑り 軸受の製造方法。
