Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下を備えるバイオ電極: 伝導性表面; 単層または単層に近い層でコロイド状金粒子上に吸着されたペルオキシダーゼ であって、ここで該コロイド状金に吸着されたペルオキシダーゼが該伝導性表面 上に沈着され;および 該沈着コロイド状金に吸着されたペルオキシダーゼ上のオキシダーゼ層であっ て、ここで該バイオ電極が参照/対向電極と適切に組合わせられたとき、分析物 の存在下で、該伝導性表面への直接電子移動が生じる。 2.前記ペルオキシダーゼが西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼである、請求項1に記 載のバイオ電極。 3.コロイド状金に吸着されたオキシダーゼが前記ペルオキシダーゼの上に沈着 される、請求項1に記載のバイオ電極。 4.前記オキシダーゼが、キサンチンオキシダーゼ、アミノ酸オキシダーゼ、乳 酸オキシダーゼ、アルコールオキシダーゼ、グリコレートオキシダーゼ、ピリド キサール-4-オキシダーゼ、ソルボースオキシダーゼ、グロノラクトースオキシ ダーゼまたはガラクトースオキシダーゼである、請求項1に記 載のバイオ電極。 5.前記オキシダーゼがコレステロールオキシダーゼである、請求項1に記載の バイオ電極。 6.前記オキシダーゼがグルコースオキシダーゼである、請求項1に記載のバイ オ電極。 7.前記オキシダーゼが前記電極の伝導性表面でマトリックス中に固定化される 、請求項1に記載のバイオ電極。 8.前記マトリックスが親水性ポリマーである、請求項7に記載のバイオ電極。 9.前記親水性ポリマーがカラゲナンである、請求項8に記載のバイオ電極。 10.媒介物質のないグルコースの電気化学的検出のためのバイオ電極であって 、単層で被覆されたコロイド状金に吸着された西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼの第 1の沈着層、および該第1の層の上のコロイド状金に吸着されたグルコースオキ シダーゼの第2の沈着層を備える伝導性表面を有する、バイオ電極。 11.前記伝導性電極表面がガラス状カーボンである、請求項10に記載のバイ オ電極。 12.前記コロイド状金に吸着された西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼの第1の層が 、前記コロイド状金に吸着されたグルコースオキシダーゼの第2の層の蒸着沈着 の前に、前記電極表面上に蒸着的に沈着される、請求項10に記載のバイオ電極 。 13.前記沈着された単層で被覆されたコロイド状金ペルオキシダーゼ層の上に 、さらに、少なくとも2種のオキシダーゼ酵素の沈着を含む、請求項1に記載の バイオ電極。 14.バイオ電極を調製するプロセスであって、伝導性表面上に、10から20の間 の、ペルオキシダーゼのコロイド状金に吸着された単層を沈着することを包含す る、プロセス。 15.請求項14に記載のプロセスにより調製される、バイオ電極。 16.請求項1に記載のバイオ電極を備える、オキシダーゼ基質の濃度を測定す るための器具。 17.分析物の酵素電気化学測定のための請求項1に記載のバイオ電極の使用。
