Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フェノール/テトラクロロエタンの60/40重量部溶液中で25℃で測定した とき約1.0〜約2.0dL/gのインヘレント粘度を有する脂肪族コポリエステルであ って、下記構造式(A): (式中、R1はC2〜C12アルキレン(但し該C2〜C12アルキレンは-(CH2)4-以 外である)、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC4〜C12オキシアルキレンからな る群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位又は下記構造式(B): (式中、R2はC3〜C12アルキレン、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC2〜C12 オキシアルキレンからなる群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位の何れかからなる脂肪族コポリエステル。 2.該脂肪族コポリエステルが該構造式(A): (式中、R1はC2〜C12アルキレン(但し該C2〜C12アルキレンは-(CH2)4-以 外である)、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC4〜C12オキシアルキレンからな る群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位からなる請求の範囲第1項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 3.該脂肪族コポリエステルが該構造式(B): (式中、R2はC3〜C12アルキレン、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC2〜C12 オキシアルキレンからなる群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位からなる請求の範囲第1項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 4.該コポリエステルが本質的に線状である請求の範囲第1項記載の脂肪族コ ポリエステル。 5.該R1についてのモル%が約5〜約35モル%である請求の範囲第2項記載 の脂肪族コポリエステル。 6.該R1についてのモル%が約12〜約30モル%である請求の範囲第5項記載 の脂肪族コポリエステル。 7.R1が、C2〜C6アルキレン(但し該C2〜C6アルキレンは-(CH2)4-以外 である)、C5〜C8シクロアルキレン及びC4〜C8オキシアルキレンからなる群 から選択される請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 8.R1が、C2〜C6アルキレン(但し該C2〜C6アルキレンは-(CH2)4-以外 である)及びC4オキシアルキレンからなる群から選択される請求の範囲第7項 記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 9.分枝剤を該コポリエステルの重合にコポリエステルの全重量基準で約0.1 〜約2.0重量%のレベルで使用する請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステ ル。 10.分枝剤を該コポリエステルの重合にコポリエステルの全重量基準で約0.2 〜約1.0重量%のレベルで使用する請求の範囲第9項記載の脂肪族コポリエステ ル。 11.該分枝剤が、1種又はそれ以上の下記のもの即ち、グリセリン、ペンタエ リトリトール、トリメリト酸無水物、ピロメリト酸二無水物及び酒石酸並びにこ れらの誘導体から選択される請求の範囲第9項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 12.イオン含有モノマーが約0.3〜約5.0モル%のレベルで共重合される請求の 範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 13.イオン含有モノマーが約0.3〜約3.0モル%のレベルで共重合される請求の 範囲第12項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 14.該イオン含有モノマーがスルホイソフタル酸のアルカリ土類金属塩又はそ の誘導体から選択される請求の範囲第12項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 15.リン含有安定剤又はフェノール性酸化防止剤又はこれらの混合物が、コポ リエステルの全重量の約0.05〜約0.75重量%の範囲内で添加される請求の範囲第 2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 16.該安定剤がリン酸、燐酸塩、ホスファイト及びフェノール系酸化防止剤か らなる群から選択される請求の範囲第15項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 17.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−エチレンスクシネート) (但し、該エチレングリコールから誘導されるモル%は約5〜約35モル%である )である請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 18.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−エチレンスクシネート) (但し、該エチレングリコールから誘導されるモル%は約12〜約30モル%である )である請求の範囲第17項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 19.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−ヘキサメチレンスクシネ ート)(但し、ヘキサメチレングリコールから誘導さ れるモル%は約5〜約35モル%である)である請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コ ポリエステル。 20.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−ヘキサメチレンスクシネ ート)(但し、ヘキサメチレングリコールから誘導されるモル%は約12〜約30モ ル%である)である請求の範囲第19項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 21.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−ジエチレンスクシネート )(但し、ヘキサメチレングリコールから誘導されるモル%は約5〜約35モル% である)である請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 22.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレン−共−ジエチレンスクシネート )(但し、ジエチレングリコールから誘導されるモル%は約12〜約30モル%であ る)である請求の範囲第2項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 23.該R2についてのモル%が約5〜約35モル%である請求の範囲第3項記載 の脂肪族コポリエステル。 24.該R2についてのモル%が約12〜約30モル%である請求の範囲第23項記載 の脂肪族コポリエステル。 25.R2が、C3〜C6アルキレン、C5〜C8シクロアルキレン及びC2〜C12オ キシアルキレンからなる群から選択される請求の範囲第3項記載の脂肪族コポリ エステル。 26.R2が、C3〜C4アルキレン及びC2オキシアルキレンからなる群から選択 される請求の範囲第25項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 27.分枝剤をコポリエステルの重合にコポリエステルの全重量基準で約0.1〜 約2.0重量%のレベルで使用する請求の範囲第3項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル 。 28.分枝剤を該コポリエステルの重合にコポリエステルの全重量基準で約0.2 〜約1.0重量%のレベルで使用する請求の範囲第27項記載の脂肪族コポリエステ ル。 29.該分枝剤が、1種又はそれ以上の下記のもの即ち、グリセリン、ペンタエ リトリトール、トリメリト酸無水物、ピロメリト酸二無水物及び酒石酸並びにこ れらの誘導体から選択される請求の範囲第28項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 30.イオン含有モノマーが約0.3〜約5.0モル%のレベルで共重合される請求の 範囲第3項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 31.イオン含有モノマーが約0.3〜約3.0モル%のレベルで共重合される請求の 範囲第30項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 32.該イオン含有モノマーがスルホイソフタル酸のアルカリ土類金属塩又はそ の誘導体から選択される請求の範囲第30項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 33.リン含有安定剤又はフェノール性酸化防止剤又はこれらの混合物が、コポ リエステルの全重量の約0.05〜約0.75重量%の範囲内で添加される請求の範囲第 3項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 34.該安定剤がリン酸、燐酸塩、ホスファイト及びフェノール系酸化防止剤か らなる群から選択される請求の範囲第33項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 35.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレンスクシネート−共−グルタレー ト)(但し、該グルタレートのモル%は約5〜約35モル%の範囲内である)であ る請求の範囲第3項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 36.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレンスクシネート−共−グルタレー ト)であり、更に該グルタレートから誘導されるモル%が約12〜約30モル%の範 囲内である請求の範囲第35項記載の脂肪 族コポリエステル。 37.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレンスクシネート−共−アジペート )であり、更に該アジペートから誘導されるモル%が約5〜約35モル%の範囲内 である請求の範囲第3項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 38.該コポリエステルがポリ(テトラメチレンスクシネート−共−アジペート )であり、更に該アジペートから誘導されるモル%が約12〜約30モル%の範囲内 である請求の範囲第37項記載の脂肪族コポリエステル。 39.請求の範囲第1項記載のコポリエステルからなる、フィルム、繊維、発泡 物品及び成形物品からなる群から選択された寸法的に安定な物品。 40.該フィルムが溶融フリーブロー成形法、溶剤流延法、溶融押出法又はそれ に続いて一軸若しくは二軸配向する溶融押出法により製造される、請求の範囲第 39項記載の寸法的に安定な物品。 41.該フィルムが水性液体に非浸透性であるシートとして使用される請求の範 囲第39項記載の成形物品。 42.該シートが使い捨て幼児用おむつの製作に使用される請求の範囲第41項記 載の成形物品。 43.該フィルムが、包装材料、農業用根おおいシート、ベッドシーツ、包帯、 ラベル、タッグ、テープ、生ごみ若しくは芝生袋、部品、ボトル又は保護衣類に 又はこれらのために使用される請求の範囲第39項記載の成形物品。 44.該繊維が不織シートに使用される請求の範囲第39項記載の繊維。 45.該不織シートがおむつ、女性衛生製品及び下着裏地の構成品の一部である 請求の範囲第39項記載の繊維。 46.タンポンアプリケータ、万年筆インキ室、歯ブラシの柄、綿棒アプリケー タ及び剃刀刃の柄からなる群から選択された請求の範囲第39項記載のコポリエス テルからなる成形又は押出物品。 47.該発泡物品が食品サービス品目として使用される請求の範囲第39項記載の 発泡物品。 48.下記の (i)脂肪族コポリエステル形成モノマーを、チタンベースの触媒系及びリン ベースの添加剤と組み合わせる工程、 (ii)第一段階で、該反応混合物を190〜220℃で大気圧又は大気圧より僅かに 上で加熱する工程、及び (iii)第二段階で、該反応混合物を245〜260℃で0.05〜2.00mmHgの減圧下で 加熱する工程 からなる、良好な色を有する高分子量脂肪族コポリエステルの製造方法。 49.分枝剤を該反応混合物に添加する請求の範囲第48項記載の方法。 50.イオン含有モノマーを該反応混合物に添加する請求の範囲第48項記載の方 法。 51.該分枝剤が、グリセリン、ペンタエリトリトール、トリメリト酸無水物、 ピロメリト酸二無水物、酒石酸及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される請 求の範囲第49項記載の方法。 52.該イオン含有モノマーがスルホイソフタル酸のアルカリ土類金属塩又はそ の誘導体から選択される請求の範囲第50項記載の方法。 53.該脂肪族コポリエステルが、フェノール/テトラクロロエタンの60/40重 量部溶液中で25℃で測定したとき約1.0〜約2.0dL/gのインヘレント粘度を有し 、該脂肪族コポリエステルが、下記構 造式(A): (式中、R1はC2〜C12アルキレン(但し該C2〜C12アルキレンは-(CH2)4-以 外である)、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC4〜C12オキシアルキレンからな る群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位又は下記構造式(B): (式中、R2はC3〜C12アルキレン、C4〜C12シクロアルキレン及びC2〜C12 オキシアルキレンからなる群から選択される) を有する繰り返し単位の何れかからなる請求の範囲第48項記載の方法。 54.該コポリエステルが本質的に線状である請求の範囲第48項記載の方法。
