Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式2Na2CO3・3H2O2の顆粒状の過炭酸ナトリウムの流動層噴射造粒に よる製造方法であって、その際、過酸化水素水溶液および炭酸ナトリウム水溶液 をノズル本体およびノズル口金を含む3物質噴射ノズルを用いて、製造する顆粒 粒子よりも寸法が小さい核を含んでいる流動層内に溶液の外部混合となるように 噴射し、同時に水を流動層温度40〜95℃の範囲内で蒸発させる方法において 、 ノズル口金は、中心管1個およびその周囲に同軸に配置されたジャケット管2 個を有し、その中心管がノズル先端において少なくとも中心管の半径分だけジャ ケット管の末端より先に延長しており、中心管およびこれと内側ジャケット管と で形成される環状間隙に溶液それぞれ1種、ジャケット管の間に形成された外側 間隙に噴射ガス1種を導入する3物質噴射ノズルを使用することを特徴とする方 法。 2.ノズル口金の中心管がジャケット管の末端から中心管半径の2〜10倍、殊 には3〜6倍延長されている3物質噴射ノズルを用いることを特徴とする、請求 項1記載の方法。 3.H2O2含有量40〜70重量%の過酸化水素水溶液およびNa2CO3含有量 20〜飽和濃度の過炭酸ナトリウム水溶液を用いることを特徴とする、請求 項1または2記載の方法。 4.流動層の温度が50〜70℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3記載の 方法。 5.核送入および分級作用を伴う顆粒の取り出しを有する連続運転流動層装置中 で噴射造粒を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4記載の方法。 6.希望する粒径で水分2〜10重量%の顆粒状過炭酸ナトリウムを流動層装置 から取り出し、必要ならばさらに乾燥または安定性向上のために後処理を行うこ とを特徴とする、請求項1〜5記載の方法。 7.噴射ノズルが、ソーダのH2O2に対するモル比率1:1.5〜1:1.65 でソーダ水溶液および過酸化水素水溶液を導入することを特徴とする、請求項1 〜6記載の方法。
