Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 銀の他に主有効成分としての酸化鉄及び他の有効成分の少なくとも1つが 入っており、この他の有効成分が周期表の第三副族の1元素の酸化物であること を特徴とする銀ベースの接点材料。 2.酸化鉄が質量にして3〜20%及び他の有効成分が質量にして0.1〜10 %入っていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接点材料。 3.酸化鉄(Fe2 O3 /Fe2 O4)が質量にして7.5〜15%入っている ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の接点材料。 4.酸化鉄(Fe2 O3 /Fe2 O4)が質量にして9〜12%入っていること を特徴とする請求項3記載の接点材料。 5.酸化鉄(Fe2 O3 /Fe2 O4)が質量にして4〜7.5%入っているこ とを特徴とする請求項4記載の接点材料。 6.他の有効成分が酸化イットリウム(Y2 O3)であることを特徴とする請求 項1又は2記載の接点材料。 7.酸化イットリウムが質量にして0.5〜5%入っていることを特徴とする請 求項6記載の接点材料。 8.Ag/Fe2 O3 10/Y2 O3 1の組成を特徴とする請求項1ないし7の 1つに記載の接点材料。 9.周期表の第六副族の元素を含んでいる少なくとももう1つの金属酸化物が補 助的に入っていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接点材料。 10.もう1つの金属酸化物がフェルベライト(FeWO4)であることを特徴 とする請求項9記載の接点材料。 11.フェルベライト(FeWO4)が質量にして0.1〜1%入っていること を特徴とする請求項10記載の接点材料。 12.Ag/Fe2 O3 9/Y2 O3 1/FeWO4 0.5の組成を特徴とする 請求項9ないし11の1つに記載の接点材料。 13.以下の処理工程、すなわち まず銀粉末及び酸化鉄粉末を所定の割合で混合し、 この混合物に少なくとも周期表の第三副族の元素の少なくとも1つの酸化物及び 場合によっては周期表の第六副族の元素を含む少なくとももう1つの金属酸化物 を添加し、 引続きその後の加工を焼結及び圧縮を交互に実施することにより行う ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2ないし12の1つに記載の接点材料の製 造方法。 14.電力開閉装置、特に低圧開閉装置に使用することを特徴とする請求項1又 は請求項2ないし12の1つに記載の接点材料。
