Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸線方向に伸長する主軸受ピンを介して相互連結された複数のクランクスロ ーから構成された半組立または完全組立のクランクシャフトに使用するクランク シャフト部品を製造する方法であって、前記クランクスローの各々が2本のアー ムと、該アームを相互に連結する連接棒ピンとを備えており、且つ、前記各アー ムが、ボア内に焼嵌めされるピン部分、好適には前記クランクアームのボアに焼 嵌めされる主軸受ピン部分から成る収縮連結により関連する主軸受ピンに連結さ れるクランクシャフト部品を製造する方法において、関連するピン部分が焼嵌め される前に、前記ボアが、該ボアを囲繞する材料の少なくとも一部における応力 が該材料の降伏応力まで増大する大きさの半径方向に指向された圧力を受けるこ とを特徴とするクランクシャフト部品を製造する方法。 2.クランクアームのボアの場合には、使用される圧力は前記アームの外側がボ アまでの最短距離となる領域における該アームの外側の材料において降伏点に到 達するような大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.シール用カバーが前記ボアと整列して前記アームの両側に配置され、該カバ ー間に位置する空隙に加圧流体が充填され、該流体の圧力が所望のレベルまで増 大され、且つ、該圧力が解放されて前記カバーが取り外されることを特徴とする 請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記ボアより小径のピンと、前記ボアより大径の2つのカバーと、該2つの カバーをボアの両側に該ボア内に略同軸状に位置決めされたピンで取り付ける少 なくとも1つの締付け部材と、装置に取り付けられた位置において前記ピンと前 記ボアの内側との間の前記空隙に連通する流体インレットとを備えていることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載のいずれかの方法に使用される装置。 5.前記アームに面する側で、各カバーが、装置に取り付けられた位置において 、それぞれ前記クランクアームの側部表面と前記ピンの端部表面とに密封接触す る2つの環状シール手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
