Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.膜(7)が弁座(6)に密封して接触する閉位置と、弁座(6)及び膜(7 )間の空間(11)に通じるフローチャネルがある開位置との間で膜を流体圧力 で作動させるように配置されており、弁座の前方で開くダクト(8)上に取り付 けられた可撓性膜(7)と協働する密封面を有する弁座(6)を形成するランド 部分によって分離された二つの流体フローチャネル(5、5’)を有する弁体を 備える弁において、弁座(6)の前記密封面が、(i)膜の最も近くにありかつ 膜に面した第1の密封面(10)と、(ii)弁座の各流体チャネル面に設けら れた第2の密封面(12、12’)とを備えており、弁が閉じると、膜(7)が 第1の密封面(10)及び第2の密封面(12、12’)に当接して連続的に密 封し、逆に、弁が開くと、膜(7)が第2の密封面(12、12’)及び第1の 密封面(10)から連続的に分離されることを特徴とする弁。 2.第2の密封面(12、12’)が第1の密封面(10)よりも大きい膜接触 面積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の弁。 3.膜(7)が弾性を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項 に記載の弁。 4.弁座(6)が弾性を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2 項又は第3項に記載の弁。 5.弁座(6)及び膜(7)の両方が弾性を有しており、弁座(6)の弾性が膜 (7)の弾性よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載 の弁。 6.膜(7)を流体圧力で作動させるためのダクト(8)が圧縮空気の供給源に 接続されるように配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のい ずれか一項に記載の弁。 7.各第2の密封面(12、12’)がフローチャネル方向に延びると共に第1 の密封面(10)から離間している段部(13、13’)を備えていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の弁。 8.弁座(6)が第1の密封面(10)から前記段部(13、13’)まで凹形 状に広がっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の弁。 9.弁座(6)が前記段部(13、13’)から膜(7)と反対側のフローチャ ネルの壁に向かって凹形状(14、14’) に広がっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の弁。 10.第1の密封面(10)と第2の密封面(12、12’)との間に急な移行 があることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第9項のいずれか一項に記載の弁 。 11.第1の密封面(10)のフローチャネル(5、5’)を横切る形状が凹形 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第10項のいずれか一項に記載の 弁。
