Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 使い捨て可能な繊維製品を構築するための感水性ホットメルト接着剤組成 物であって、上記接着剤組成物が、ポリオレフィンまたは不織支持体を、少なく とも一つの弾性、ポリオレフィン、気泡体、ティッシュー、剥離ライナーまたは 不織支持体に結合するように作用可能であり、上記のホットメルト接着剤組成物 が、 約5重量%から約95重量%のポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル); 約5重量%から約70重量%の適合した粘着付与性樹脂;および 約5重量%から約35重量%の水溶性可塑剤; を含み、 前記の接着剤組成物が、通常の使用中は組み立てられた状態で使い捨て可能な 繊維製品を維持するが、水の存在下では所定の割合で分解することにより、上記 使い捨て可能な繊維製品を分解することを可能にすることを特徴とする、上記の 接着剤組成物。 2. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の感水性ホットメルト接着剤組成であって、適合 した粘着付与性樹脂が、重合化したロジン、部分的に水素化したロジン、テルペ ンフェノール樹脂、樹脂酸類、および二塩基性改質タル油ロジンの部分エステル 類を含む粘着付与性樹脂の群から選択されることを特徴とする上記の接着剤組成 物。 3. 請求の範囲第2項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、水溶性可 塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、ペンタエリトリトールテトラ ベンゾエート、ポリエチレングリコール400ジー2−エチルヘキソエート、2 −エチルヘキシルジフェニルホスフェート、ブチルベンジルフタレート;低分子 量ポリエチレングリコール、およびポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル類を 含む可塑剤の群から選択されることを特徴とする、上記の接着剤組成物。 4. 請求の範囲第3項に記載の感水性ホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、接 着剤配合物が、さらに約1重量%から約3重量%の安定剤/抗酸化剤を含むこと を特徴とする上記の接着剤組成物。 5. 約30重量のポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル); 約47重量%のテルペンフェノール樹脂;および 約23重量%のポリエチレングリコール600モノオレエート: から本質的に成る感水性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
