Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下部を支持格子で支承されたフィルターを配置した囲壁と、濾過すべき溶融 金属を前記フィルターに送る供給手段と、濾過された溶融金属を排出する手段と 、前記フィルターの外部に配置した第1加熱装置とを含む、フィルター上での溶 融金属の濾過用容器であって、フィルターの近傍で、溶融金属を供給する手段ま たは排出する手段のうちの少なくとも一方の中に配置した第2加熱装置を含むこ とを特徴とする濾過用容器。 2.溶融金属が、アルミニウムまたはその合金およびマグネシウムまたその合金 の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の容器。 3.フィルターが、アルミナ砂利を主材とするフィルター床であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項または第2項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 4.第2加熱装置が、少なくとも一つの所要スペースの小さいヒータを含むこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 5.ヒータが、40mm未満、好ましくは30mm未満の直径を有することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 6.ヒータが、少なくとも5kW/m長、好ましくは10kW/m長を放散する 加熱部を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の容器。 7.第2装置が、溶融金属取り入れ管路中に設置されることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 8.溶融金属が、フィルター内を下から上に循環することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 9.第2加熱装置が、フィルターの支持格子の下に設置されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項から第8項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 10.第1加熱装置が、容器の蓋の中に配置した抵抗を含むことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第9項のいずれか一項に記載の容器。 11.空気流が、蓋の中に配置した抵抗と接触して加熱され、 溶融金属による含浸の前にフィルターを横切ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 0項に記載の容器。
