Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特にベルト伝動装置のベルト張力調整用の,プラスチック,鋳造可能な 材料あるいはプラスチックで鋳くるまれた材料から成る緊張ローラであって,支 持部材の回りに回転可能に支承されていてベルトに接する走行面を備えているホ イールを有しており,このホイールは内輪と外輪とを有し,この内輪と外輪とは ,円周に沿って分配されて配置されている軸方向のリブと中央ウェブとによって 互いに結合されている形式のものにおいて,順次に続くリブ(12・32・52 )相互の間の,ホイール(7・27・47)の中心点を基準とする角度が種々異 なっていることを特徴とする緊張ローラ。 2. 周期的に繰り返される角度変化でリブ(12・32・52)が配置され ていることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の緊張ローラ。 3. 2つのリブ(12・32・52)の間の間隔の差が5mmよりも小さいこ とを特徴とする,請求項1記載の緊張ローラ。 4. 標準リブ(32)と中間リブ(36)とが交互に設けられていることを 特徴とする,請求項1記載の緊張ローラ。 5. 中間リブの内方端部が中間輪(35)に結合されていることを特徴とす る,請求項4記載の緊張ロー ラ。 6.ホイール(47)が両側面に,リブ(52)に接していて内輪(49)を 外輪(50)と結合しているカバーディスク(53・54)を備えていることを 特徴とする,請求項1記載の緊張ローラ。
