Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに噛み合った2つ以上の歯車を備えた歯車伝動装置であって、歯車が 伝動装置ハウジング内で軸受けに支承されている形式のものにおいて、伝動装置 ハウジングのシールされた内室から空気を少なくとも部分的に排気し、これによ って調節可能な部分真空を形成して、維持し、かつ/または排気された空気を全 部または部分的に、より軽量なガスによって代えるための手段が設けられており 、しかも運転時に伝動装置ハウジングの内室に存在するガスの密度が、空気に比 べて最大50%であることを特徴とする歯車伝動装置。 2.伝動装置ハウジングの内室から空気を少なくとも部分的に排気し、かつ真 空もしくは部分真空を維持するための手段が設けられている、請求項1記載の歯 車伝動装置。 3.伝動装置ハウジングの内室中の空気が、空気に比べて著しく小さい密度を 有するガスまたはガス混合物によって代えられている、請求項1記載の歯車伝動 装置。 4.歯車が、付加的な内部ハウジングによって取り囲まれており、該内部ハウ ジングの内室に、空気に比べて小さな密度を有する雰囲気が形成されて、維持さ れている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の 歯車伝動装置。 5.前記内部ハウジングの内室から空気を排気するための手段が、潤滑オイル および冷却オイルをも内室から圧送する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記 載の歯車伝動装置。 6.前記内部ハウジングの側壁が、歯車軸を貫通案内するための孔を有してお り、該孔の壁と、貫通案内された回転する軸区分との間に、ビスコシール装置の ようなシール装置が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の 歯車伝動装置。 7.前記シール装置が、前記内部ハウジングの内室から、外側の伝動装置ハウ ジングの方向に流体を圧送するビスコシール装置として形成されている、請求項 6記載の歯車伝動装置。 8.前記内部ハウジングの側壁が、歯車軸のための貫通案内部を備えており、 該貫通案内部が、ラジアル軸受けを取り囲むように外側の伝動装置ハウジングの 内壁にまで案内されていて、該内壁に密に結合されている、請求項4記載の歯車 伝動装置。 9.外側の伝動装置ハウジングに設けられたラジアル軸受けが、シール装置、 有利にはビスコシール装置として形成されている、請求項8記載の歯車伝動装置 。 10.前記内部ハウジングに、歯車の噛み合い部または非噛み合い部に潤滑オ イルおよび/または冷却オ イルを供給するための手段が設けられている、請求項4から9までのいずれか1 項記載の歯車伝動装置。
