Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 式: (式中、R1は、OHまたはNH(CH2)pOHを示し、nは5、6、または 7であり、pは2から6の整数であり、1以上のR1がNH(CH2)pOHを示す 場合、pは異なっていてもよい) で表わされるシクロデキストリン誘導体。 2. 全てのR1がOHであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導体 。 3. 全てのR1がNH(CH2)pOHであることを特徴とする、請求項1 に記載の誘導体。 4. 全てのR1が同一であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の誘導体 。 5. pが2であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に 記載の誘導体。 6. nが6であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に 記載の誘導体。 7. 式: (式中、R4はトシル基であり、nは5、6、または7である) で表わされるシクロデキストリンのトシル誘導体を、式:NH2(CH2)pO H(式中、pは請求項1に記載したものと同じ意味を示す)で表わされる化合物 と反応させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシクロデキストリン誘導体の 調製方法。 8. 式: (式中、nは5、6、または7である) で表わされるヨードシクロデキストリン誘導体を、式:NH2(CH2)pOH (式中、pは請求項1に記載したものと同じ意味を示す)で表わされる少なくと も1つの化合物と反応させることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のシク ロデキストリン誘導体の調製方法。 9. 水溶性包接複合体を形成するために、疎水性化合物を、請求項1ない し6のいずれか1項に記載のシクロデキストリン誘導体と組み合わせることから なることを特徴とする、疎水性化合物を水性媒体に溶解する方法。 10. 疎水性化合物が薬学的に活性な分子であることを特徴とする、請求 項9に記載の方法。 11. 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のシクロデキストリン誘導 体の、疎水性化合物との包接複合体。 12. 疎水性化合物が薬学的に活性な分子であることを特徴とする、請求 項11に記載の複合体。 13. 薬学的に活性な分子がプレドニソロンであることを特徴とする、請 求項12に記載の複合体。 14. 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のシクロデキストリン誘導 体の包接複合体と薬学的に許容されるビヒクルとを含有することを特徴とする薬 学的組成物。
