Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に直方体形状又は中空円筒形状の外形を有する流体フィルタのためのフ ィルタ挿入体(1A;1A′;1A″;1B;1B′1B″;11A;11A′ ;11A″;11B;11B′;11B″;21)であって、ほぼジグザグ状の 連続的な折り畳み部内に配置された多数の折り畳み壁部(5;5′;5″;15 ;15′;15″;25;35)が設けられており、これらの折り畳み壁部は、 流体を貫流させる材料(2;2′;12;12′;22)より成っていて、前記 折り畳み壁部の少なくとも一部の面に押し込み成形によって形成された、折り畳 み部を補強するための凹部及び又は隆起部(3;3a,3b;3′;3″;3a ′,3b′;3a″,3b″;23a、23b;33a,33b)を備えており 、隣接し合う折り畳み壁部の凹部及び又は隆起部が、少なくとも部分的に互いに 接続されていて、互いに支持し合っている形式のものにおいて、 複数の凹部若しくは隆起部の間に、その全長の少なくとも一部でこれらの凹部 若しくは隆起部を接続し互いに支持する、剛性のスペーサホルダ(6;6a,6 b;6′;6a′,6b′;6.2;6.3;6.2a;6.3a,6.2b, 6.3b;16;16a,16b;16′;16a′;16.1,16.2;1 6.1a,16.1b;16.2a,16.2b;16.1a′,16.1b′ ;26a;36)が設けられていることを特徴とする、フィルタ挿入体。 2.スペーサホルダが、硬化された接着剤集合体によって形成されている、請 求項1記載のフィルタ挿入体。 3.スペーサホルダが、凹部若しくは隆起部の長手方向で、一定でない若しく は同じでない厚さを有している、請求項1又は2記載のフィルタ挿入体。 4.スペーサホルダが、折り畳み部の横断面減少に伴って折り畳み縁部に向か って連続的に薄くなっていて、これらの折り畳み縁部が、スペーサホルダを介し て互いに接続された折り畳み壁部を共通に有している、請求項3記載のフィルタ 装置。 5.スペーサホルダを支持する凹部若しくは隆起部の長手方向に延びる、非均 一な厚さを有する多数のスペーサホルダが設けられている、請求項1から4まで のいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 6.所定の高さを有する接着剤層が、折り畳み壁部が互いに大きい間隔を有す る、折り畳み領域内にのみ設けられている、請求項1から5までのいづれか1項 記載のフィルタ挿入体。 7.凹部若しくは隆起部の高さが、その長手方向でほぼ一定である、請求項1 から6までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 8.凹部若しくは隆起部の高さが、互いに支え合う2つの折り畳み壁部内で、 これらの折り畳み壁部を互いに接続する折り畳み縁部に向かって減少している、 請求項1から6までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 9.凹部若しくは隆起部が、その長手方向で及びひいては折り畳み部の折り畳 み縁部に対してほぼ直角方向で、その長さの少なくとも第1の部分(l2)を介 して折り畳み壁部の間隔が次第に大きくなるにつれて高さが一様に次第に大きく なり、この部分に続く第2の部分(l3)でほぼ一定の高さ(h)を有している 、請求項1から6までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 10.互いに向き合う隆起部の長さの少なくとも第2の部分(l3)の区分内に 接着剤集合体が設けられており、凹部若しくは隆起部の一定の高さ(h)の合計 を含む、前記接着剤集合体の厚さが、接着剤集合体の箇所における隣接し合う折 り畳み壁部の間隔に相当していて、隣接し合う折り畳み壁部が隆起部及び所属の 接着剤集合体を介して互いに支持し合うようになっている、請求項9記載のフィ ルタ挿入体。 11.接着剤集合体が、該接着剤集合体を支持する隆起部の長手方向に延びる接 着剤層によって形成されており、該接着剤層が、隆起部の長手方向の第2の部分 (l3)をほぼ覆い、この長手方向で凹部若しくは隆 起部の第1の部分(l2)からの間隔が大きくなるにつれて次第に大きくなる厚 さを有している、請求項9記載のフィルタ挿入体。 12.凹部若しくは隆起部が、それぞれフィルタ縁部に直接隣接した箇所から始 まっている、請求項1から11までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 13.凹部若しくは隆起部が、折り畳み縁部から所定の間隔を保って始まってい て、これらの凹部若しくは隆起部は、その高さが折り畳み壁部の半部の間隔より も大きく増大する区分(l1)を有している、請求項1から12までのいづれか 1項記載のフィルタ挿入体。 14.折り畳み壁部がそれぞれ、有利には交互に、両側に向けられた凹部若しく は隆起部を有しており、これによって折り畳み壁部は両側が、隣接する折り畳み 壁部で支えられている、請求項1から13までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿 入体。 15.請求項1から14までのいづれか1項記載のフィルタ挿入体を製造するた めの方法であって、流体を貫流させる材料の帯状の軌道に、折り畳み縁部をあら かじめ規定する圧刻部を設け、後で形成される折り畳み壁部の少なくとも一部の 平面に、折り畳み部を補強するための凹部及び又は隆起部を押し込み成形し、折 り畳み縁部を形成する圧刻部で帯状材料を折り畳み、これによって、隣接し合う 折り畳み壁部の凹部若しく は隆起部を互いに当接させて互いに結合するようにする方法において、 所定に折り畳むことによって形成される互いに向き合う凹部及び又は隆起部の それぞれ少なくとも1つにおいて、折り畳み前又は折り畳み中に間隔保持部材と してのスペーサホルダを施すことを特徴とする、フィルタ挿入体を製造するため の方法。 16.スペーサホルダを接着剤塗布層として帯料に塗布し、折り畳み中及び又は 折り畳み後に接着剤を硬化させる、請求項15記載の方法。 17.所定の高さの局所的な点状又は線状の少なくともそれぞれ1つの接着剤集 合体を、凹部若しくは隆起部の所定の区分に塗布するようにして、接着剤塗布を コントロールする、請求項16記載の方法。 18.塗布しようとする接着剤量を、時間単位毎に塗布装置から吐出される接着 剤量を変えることによって調節する、請求項15から17までのいづれか1項記 載の方法。 19.接着剤層を形成するために設けられた領域の長手方向の一部において、多 数の接着剤塗布層を相前後して塗布する、請求項15から18までのいづれか1 項記載の方法。 20.材料の長さ単位毎に塗布された接着剤量を、帯状材料と塗布装置の吐出開 口との間の相対速度を変えることによって調節する、請求項15から19までの いづれか1項記載の方法。
