Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)第一の端部を有する第一の導管と、 (b)第一の導管と実質上同心に配置され、かつ第一の端部が第二の端部から ずれている、第二の端部を有する第二の導管と、 (c)第二の導管と実質上同心に配置され、かつ第三の端部が第二の端部から ずれている、第三の端部を有する第三の導管とを含む流体を導入するノズル。 2.(d)第一の導管、第二の導管および第三の導管の少なくとも一つに流体を 分配するように、第一の導管、第二の導管および第三の導管の少なくとも一つに 流体的に接続されたマニホールドをさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のノズル 。 3.マニホールドがポリマーから製造される請求の範囲第2項に記載のノズル。 4.(d)第一の導管、第二の導管および第三の導管を実質上取り囲むように配 置された第四の導管をさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のノズル。 5.第一の導管、第二の導管および第三の導管の少なくとも一 つが金属から製造される請求の範囲第2項に記載のノズル。 6.(d)第一の導管と第二の導管との間および第二の導管と第三の導管との間 の少なくとも一方の間に配置されたスペーサをさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記 載のノズル。 7.第二の導管と第一の導管との距離、および第三の導管と第二の導管との距離 の少なくとも一方が約0.1インチである請求の範囲第1項に記載のノズル。 8.(a)第二の流体輸送導管が第一の流体輸送導管を実質上取り囲み、第三の 流体輸送導管が第一の流体輸送導管ならびに第二の流体輸送導管を実質上取り囲 む、第一の流体輸送導管、第二の流体輸送導管および第三の流体輸送導管を備え るステップと、 (b)第一の流体を第一の流体輸送導管中に流すステップと、 (c)第二の流体を第二の流体輸送導管中に流すステップと、 (d)第三の流体を第三の流体輸送導管中に流すステップと、 (e)第二の流体輸送導管ならびに第一の流体輸送導管を実質上同時に掃除する ステップとを含む流体を導入する方法。 9.(f)第一の流体輸送導管および第二の流体輸送導管の少なくとも一方をバ ックフラッシュするステップをさらに含む請 求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.(f)第一の流体輸送導管中の第一の流体および第二の流体輸送導管中の 第二の流体の少なくとも一方を第一の流体流量で流すステップと、 (g)第三の流体輸送導管中の第三の流体を第二の流体流量で流すステップと、 (h)流体流量差が生じるように、第一の流体流量および第二の流体流量を事前 決定するステップとをさらに含む請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 11.(i)第一の流体輸送導管からの第一の流体および第二の流体輸送導管か らの第二の流体の少なくとも一方の流れを、第三の流体輸送導管からの第三の流 体の流れに流体的に集中させるステップをさらに含む請求の範囲第10項に記載 の方法。 12.(f)第一の流体輸送導管中の第一の流体および第二の流体輸送導管中の 第二の流体を同時に流すステップをさらに含む請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 13.(a)第一の流体輸送導管および第一の流体輸送導管を実質上取り囲む第 二の流体輸送導管を備えるステップと、 (b)第一の流体を第一の流体輸送導管中に第一の流体流速で 流すステップと、 (c)第二の流体を第二の流体輸送導管中に第二の流体流速で流すステップと、 (d)流体流量差が生じるように、第一の流体流量および第二の流体流量を事前 決定するステップとを含む流体を導入する方法。 14.(e)第一の流体輸送導管からの第一の流体の流れを第二の流体輸送導管 からの第二の流体の流れに流体的に集中させるステップをさらに含む請求の範囲 第13項に記載の方法。 15.(a)第一の流体輸送導管および第一の流体輸送導管を実質上取り囲む第 二の流体輸送導管、および第一の流体輸送導管および第二の流体輸送導管と作動 可能に関連する検出器を備えるステップと、 (b)第一の流体を第一の流体輸送導管中に検出器に向かって流すステップと、 (c)第二の流体を第二の流体輸送導管中に検出器に向かって流すステップと、 (d)第一の流体および第二の流体を検出器に流体的に集中させるステップとを 含む流体を導入する方法。 16.(e)第一の流体の流れと第二の流体の流れを一時的に分離するステップ をさらに含む請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 17.(a)第一の流体の供給源に流体的に接続された第一の流体輸送導管を備 えるステップと、 (b)第二の流体輸送導管中の第二の流体が第一の流体輸送導管中の第一の流体 と遭遇しないように、第二の流体輸送導管が第一の流体輸送導管を実質上取り囲 みように、第二の流体の供給源に流体的に接続された第二の流体輸送導管を備え るステップと、 (c)第一の流体を第一の流体輸送導管中に流すステップと、 (d)第二の流体が第一の流体と遭遇しないように、第二の流体を第二の流体輸 送導管中に流すステップとを含む流体を導入する方法。
