Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 人体内に埋め込んで使用する血液ポンプ装置であって、変形自在な袋嚢を 備え、前記袋嚢の変形前の形状は、一対のほぼ平らな円形の壁面を平行に対面さ せて、これらを実質的に断面が半円状の側壁を環状に配して結合し、前記袋嚢は 可撓性がありかつ弾発力のある素材でできた継ぎ目なし構造でできており、前記 袋嚢には流入口及び吐出口が設けられるとともに、これらは袋嚢の前記環状の側 壁のなす円に対して接するようにして同側壁に設けられ、 前記流入口には円錐状の先細部が非対称に設けられ、流入する流れを前記袋嚢 の前記環状の側壁に向けて、前記袋嚢内に円滑な流れを生ぜしめ、 袋嚢の両側には対面する一対の押圧板が配設され、各押圧板は袋嚢の前記平ら な壁面と密着し、少なくとも一方の前記平らな壁面を他方に対して相互に変位さ せて袋嚢を変形させ、 流入する流れをコントロールするバルブを有する流入管が前記流入口に着脱自 在に接続され、 前記流入管を前記流入口に接続する第1の結合手段が備えられるとともに、前 記第1の結合手段には前記流入管と前記流入口との結合部をシールする第1のシ ール手段が備えられ、 吐出する流れをコントロールするバルブを有する吐出管が前記吐出口に着脱自 在に接続され、 前記吐出管を前記吐出口に接続する第2の結合手段が備えられるとともに、前 記第2の結合手段には前記吐出管と前記吐出口との結合部をシールする第2のシ ール手段が備えられたことを特徴とする血液ポンプ装置。 2. 前記非対称な先細部の一端は実質的に円形な流入口となっており、他端は 実質的に楕円形のノド部となっており、このノド部と前記流入口との位置関係に ついては、前記ノド部の外壁は前記流入口の外壁とまっすぐにつながっており、 流入する流れを前記袋嚢の前記環状の側壁のなす円に対して接するように導くこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液ポンプ装置。 3. 前記ノド部の中心軸は実質的に前記変形自在な袋嚢の円形の断面の中央の 平面に位置するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の血液ポンプ装 置。 4. 前記第1のシール手段は少なくとも2つの実質的に同軸なシールを有する ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液ポンプ装置。 5. 前記第2のシール手段は少なくとも2つの実質的に同軸なシールを有する ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液ポンプ装置。 6. 人体内に埋め込んで使用する血液ポンプ装置であって、変形自在な袋嚢を 備え、前記袋嚢の変形前の形状は、一対のほぼ平らな円形の壁面を平行に対面さ せて、これらを実質的に断面が半円状の側壁を環状に配して結合し、前記袋嚢は 可撓性がありかつ弾発力のある素材でできた継ぎ目なし構造でできており、前記 袋嚢には流入口及び吐出口が設けられるとともに、これらは袋嚢の前記環状の側 壁に対して接するようにして同側壁に設けられ、 袋嚢の両側には対面する一対の押圧板が配設され、各押圧板は袋嚢の前記平ら な壁面と密着し、少なくとも一方の前記平らな壁面を他方に対して相互に変位さ せて袋嚢を変形させ、 流入する流れをコントロールするバルブを有する流入管が前記流入口に着脱自 在に接続され、 前記流入管を前記流入口に接続する第1の結合手段が備えられるとともに、前 記第1の結合手段には前記流入管と前記流入口との結合部をシールする第1のシ ール手段が備えられ、 吐出する流れをコントロールするバルブを有する吐出管が前記吐出口に着脱自 在に接続され、 前記吐出管を前記吐出口に接続する第2の結合手段が備えられるとともに、前 記第2の結合手段には前記吐出管と前記吐出口との結合部をシールする第2のシ ール手段が備えられたことを特徴とする血液ポンプ装置。 7. 前記第1のシール手段は少なくとも2つの実質的に同軸なシールを有する ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の血液ポンプ装置。 8. 前記第2のシール手段は少なくとも2つの実質的に同軸なシールを有する ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の血液ポンプ装置。 9. 人体若しくは動物の体内に埋め込んで使用する血液ポンプ器具であって、 変形自在な袋嚢を備え、同袋嚢の変形前の形状は、一対のほぼ平らな円形の壁面 を平行に対面させて、これらを実質的に断面が半円状の側壁を環状に配して結合 し、前記袋嚢の前記環状の側壁に対して接するように同側壁には流入管及び吐出 管が設けられ、前記袋嚢と前記流入管及び吐出管は可撓性がありかつ弾発力のあ る素材による継ぎ目なし構造でできており、袋嚢の両側には対面する一対の押圧 板が配設され、各押圧板は袋嚢の前記平らな壁面と密着し、少なくとも一方の前 記平らな壁面を他方に対して相互に変位させて袋嚢を変形させ、 前記流入管には先細部が非対称に設けられ、流入する流れを前記袋嚢の環状の 側壁に向けて、前記袋嚢内に円滑な流れを生ぜしめることを特徴とする改良され た血液ポンプ器具。 10. 前記非対称な先細部の一端は実質的に円形な流入口となっており、他端 は実質的に楕円形のノド部となっており、このノド部と前記流入口との位置関係 については、前記ノド部の外壁は前記流入口の外壁とまっすぐにつながっており 、流入する流れを前記袋嚢の前記環状の側壁に対して接するように導くことを特 徴とする請求項9記載の改良された血液ポンプ器具。 11. 前記ノド部の中心軸は実質的に前記変形自在な袋嚢の円形の断面の中央 の平面に位置するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の改良され た血液ポンプ器具。 12. 前記流入管には流入する流れをコントロールするバルブが備えられてい ることを特徴とする請求項9記載の改良された血液ポンプ器具。 13. 前記吐出管には吐出する流れをコントロールするバルブが備えられてい ることを特徴とする請求項9記載の改良された血液ポンプ器具。
