Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.定まらない強さの環境光が寄生的に重ねられるパルス化された光信号を受信 および復調するための回路装置であって、双極の光センサを備え、この光センサ が同一信号を増幅するための手段に接続され、この手段が周波数に依存する負フ ィードバックを備え、負フィードバック電流が光センサを流れ、環境光が発生す る信号成分(Ip)のための回路が高い負フィードバックファクタを有し、それ によってこの信号成分を補正する、回路装置において、 光センサ(1)の各々の端子のために、直流用の電流−電圧変換器(N1, N2)が設けられ、各々の端子が電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)の同じような 信号入力部に接続され、 電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)が、 同一の伝送作用を有し、 光信号のために増幅するフィルタとして接続され、そして 光センサ(1)の端子を設けた入力部を経て、直流的におよび周波数に依存 して、直流電圧が光センサ(1)の端子を介して寄生的な光の強さに関係なく一 定になるような強さで負フィードバックされ、 電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)の出力部が交流的にそれぞれ差動増幅器( N3)の入力部に接続されている ことを特徴とする回路装置。 2.光センサ(1)がバイアスされないフォトダイオードであることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の回路装置。 3.電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)の同じような信号入力部が逆相入力部であ ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路装置。 4.電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)と差動増幅器(N3)が線形の演算増幅器 であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路装置。 5.両電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)のための周波数に依存する負フィードバ ックが対称のフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路装置。 6.電流−電圧変換器(N1,N2)と差動増幅器(N3)が回路チップに含ま れる線形の演算増幅器(N3)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路装置 。
