Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. パケット交換通信網において仮想接続を介してデータを送受信するための データリンク・インターフェースであって、通信網における通信渋滞を検出する ための手段と、この通信渋滞の検出に応じて、通信網における渋滞状態を軽減す るため通信速度を調節するための手段を有する。 2. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、通信網における通 信渋滞を検出するための前記手段は、受け取ったデータ中において渋滞表示ビッ トを検出するための手段である。 3. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、前記調節手段は、 通信網が渋滞した場合に、通信速度を特定のユーザ要求情報速度に減速する。 4. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、更に、送信される 通話のタイプを識別するための手段と、異なったタイプの通話間において、前記 ユーザ要求情報速度で使用可能なバンド幅を公平に割り当てる手段とを有する。 5. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、更に、2つの端末 間の会話によって通話量を整理する手段と、特定の基準によって現在進行中の会 話 間においてバンド幅を公平に割り当てるための手段とを有する。 6. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、前記割当手段は、 異なった通話間においてバンド幅の公平な割当を達成するために、各会話の伝送 順序を維持しながら、1つの共通のリンク上における種々の会話からのパケット を再順序付けする。 7. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、前記通信網はフレ ームリレー通信網である。 8. 請求項1のデータリンク・インターフェースであって、前記仮想接続は、 固定仮想接続である。 9. 請求項1〜7のいずれか1のフレームリレーデータリンク・インターフェ ースを内蔵したルータ。 10.フレームリレー通信網の仮想接続における通信渋滞を低減する方法であっ て、前記通信網における通信渋滞を検出する工程と、この通信渋滞の検出に応じ て、通信網における渋滞状態を軽減するため通信速度を調節する工程とを有する 方法。 11.請求項10の方法であって、前記渋滞表示ビットは受け取られたデータ中 に検出される。 12.請求項10の方法であって、前記通信速度は、通信網が渋滞した場合に、 特定のユーザ要求情報速度に まで減速される。 13.請求項10の方法であって、更に、送信される通話のタイプを識別する工 程を有し、異なったタイプの通話間において、前記ユーザ要求情報速度で使用可 能なバンド幅が公平に割り当てられる。 14.請求項10の方法であって、更に、2つの端末間の会話によって通話量を 整理する工程と、特定の基準によって現在進行中の会話間においてバンド幅を公 平に割り当てる工程とを有する。 15.請求項14の方法であって、異なった通話間においてバンド幅の公平な割 当を達成するために、各会話の伝送順序を維持しながら、1つの共通のリンク上 における種々の会話からのパケットを再順序付けする。 16.請求項15の方法であって、複数の送信されるべきフレーム間において、 最も早期の送信時間を有するフレームが最初に送信される。 17.請求項10〜16のいずれか1の方法であって、前記仮想接続は、固定仮 想接続である。
