Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 変性表面特性を有する吸収性材料であって、 水不溶性水膨潤性重合体および 前記水不溶性水膨潤性重合体に化学結合された反応性親水性化合物 を含み、前記吸収性材料の表面上の血液の接触角が0度〜40度であることを特 徴とする、吸収性材料。 2. 前記反応性親水性化合物が、正電荷供給化合物(好ましくは複数の正荷 電基を有する)、少なくとも1個の官能基を有する非イオン反応性親水性化合物 、好ましくはポリエーテルおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸収性材料。 3. 前記反応性ポリエーテルが、主鎖および前記主鎖に結合された反応性末 端官能基を含み、前記主鎖がポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコー ル、およびポリ(オキシエチレン−オキシプロピレン)共重合体からなる群から 選ばれ且つ前記反応性末端官能基がエポキシ基、アミノ基、およびハロゲン基か らなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の吸収性材料。 4. 水不溶性水膨潤性重合体、 前記水不溶性水膨潤性重合体に結合された正電荷供給化合物(ただし該正電荷 供給化合物は好ましくは複数の正荷電基を有するポリ陽イオン化合物を有する) 、および 前記水不溶性水膨潤性重合体に結合された非イオン親水性化合物(ただし該非 イオン親水性化合物は好ましくは非反応性ポリエーテルである) を含むことを特徴とする、変性表面特性を有する吸収性材料。 5. 前記吸収性材料の表面上の血液の接触角が0度〜40度であることを特 徴とする、請求項4に記載の吸収性材料。 6. 前記ポリ陽イオン化合物が、(1)第一級アミン基を有する重合体、 (2)第二級アミン基を有する重合体、(3)第三級アミン基を有する重合体、 および(4)第四級アミン基を有する重合体からなる群から選ばれることを特徴 とする、請求項4ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性材料。 7. 前記水不溶性水膨潤性重合体が架橋高分子電解質であり、前記架橋高分 子電解質が好ましくは架橋ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、架橋ポリメタクリル酸ナ トリウム、架橋ポリアクリル酸カリウム、架橋ポリメタクリル酸カリウム、架橋 デンプングラフトポリアクリレート、架橋デンプングラフトポリメタクリレート 、架橋ポリビニルアルコールグラフトポリアクリレート、架橋ポリビニルアルコ ールグラフトポリメタクリレート、架橋カルボキシメチルセルロース、架橋セル ロースグラフトポリアクリレート、および架橋セルロースグラフトメタクリレー トからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項 に記載の吸収性材料。 8. (a)液体浸透性トップシート、(b)液体不浸透性バックシート、お よび(c)前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置された吸収性コア を含む吸収性物品であって、前記吸収性コアが請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項 に記載の少なくとも1つの多孔性吸収性材料を含むことを特徴とする、吸収性物 品。 9. (A)所定量の反応性親水性化合物、好ましくは反応性ポリエーテルを 水不溶性水膨潤性重合体上に適用し、 (B)前記反応性親水性化合物を前記水不溶性水膨潤性重合体と反応させて吸 収性材料の表面に血液の接触角0度〜40度を付与する ことを特徴とする、変性表面特性を有する吸収性材料の製法。
