Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも体温で所定限度弾性的なプラスチックから成る中空円筒形の周壁 体(24,28,37)内に埋め込まれたフレキシブルな支持構造体を備えた、 体管内に配置するためのスペースホルダーにおいて、支持構造体(25)が、夫 々ジグザグ状に成形されて周壁体(24,28,37)の縦軸線(L)に対して 平行に延びかつ該周壁体(24,28,37)の周面側で互いにずらされた少な くとも2本の線材から構成されており、しかも各線材(1,5,12〜18,2 6,29,31,36,43,51)が少なくとも3つの脚片(2〜4,6〜8 ,19〜22,32〜34,41,42,44,45)を有し、該脚片のうち中 位の脚片(3,7,20,21,23)が、その両端で境を接している両方の脚 片(2,4,6,8,32,34))に対して夫々鋭角(α,β,γ′,γ″, δ′,δ″,μ,τ)を形成していることを特徴とする、体管内に配置するため のスペースホルダー。 2.鋭角(α,β,γ′,γ″,τ)が45°より小さい、請求項1記載のスペ ースホルダー。 3.鋭角(δ′,δ″,μ)が≧45°かつ≦90°である、請求項1記載のス ペースホルダー。 4.周壁体(24,28,37)の周面側で互いに隣接した2本の線材(26, 29,31)が歯列状に互いに噛み合っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか 1項記載のスペースホルダー。 5.隣接した脚片(6,7,8)が、丸くされた長さ区分(9,10,11,2 7,30)を介して互いに結合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項 記載のスペースホルダー。 6.周壁体(37)にその全外周(38)にわたって分配された複数の突起(3 9)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホル ダー。 7.各突起(39)が、2つの脚片(41,42)を互いに結合して外周(38 )を超えて張出している長さ区分(40)によって形成されている、請求項1か ら6までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 8.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)が金属 から成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 9.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)が鋼か ら成り、かつ周壁体(24,28,37)がエラストマー、特にシリコーンから 成っている、請求項1から8までのい ずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 10.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)が形状 記憶合金、特にニチノールから成り、かつ周壁体(24,28,37)がエラス トマー、特にラテックスから成っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記 載のスペースホルダー。 11.周壁体(24,28,37)が形状記憶エラストマーから成っている、請求 項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 12.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)が形状 記憶合金、特にニチノールから成り、かつ周壁体(24,28,37)が、特に ポリウレタンをベースとする形状記憶エラストマーから成っている、請求項1か ら8までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 13.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)がプラ スチックから成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホ ルダー。 14.線材(1,5,12〜18,26,29,31,36,43,51)がプラ スチックから成っており、かつ周壁体(24,28,37)が形状記憶エラスト マーから成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダ ー。 15.線材(43,51)が目標撓曲部位(46,47,52,53)を有してい る、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。
