Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも2つの流動可能な成分の計量配合のためのプラスティック材 料からなる計量キャップであって、供給通路(8)および出口通路(11)を有 し、加圧された主成分によって動かされる2つのかみ合う計量ロータ(31)が 計量キャップハウジング(1)内に配置され、この2つの計量ロータ(31)が 、少なくとも1つ以上の容器(18,20)から供給通路(23)を介して主成 分へ導かれる混合成分のための歯車ポンプ(24)を駆動する計量キャップにお いて、 供給通路(8)および出口通路(11)は、計量キャップハウジング(1)内 で互いに接するように略整列して配置され、混合室(10)まで延在する供給通 路(23)を介して混合成分が主成分へ導入される混合室(10)は、計量ロー タ(31)と出口通路(11)間に配置され、この混合室(10)は、ロータが 回動する計量室(9)と開口接触しており、これによって計量ロータが混合室内 での混合を促進させることを特徴とする計量キャップ。 2. 少なくとも1つ以上の混合成分のための容器(18)が、計量キャップ ハウジング(1)内に組み込まれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の計量キャップ。 3. 混合成分のための第2の容器(20)が、計量キャップハウジング(1 )に接続可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の計量キャップ。 4. 浮動ピストン(35)が、組み込まれた容器(18)内に取り付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の計量キャップ。 5. 圧力補正通路(36,37)が、少なくとも1つの組み込まれた容器( 18)の下部領域で終っていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の計量キャップ。 6. 圧力補正通路(36)が、外部の空気と通じていることを特徴とする請 求項5記載の計量キャップ。 7. 圧力補正通路(37)が、主成分のための供給通路(8)に通じている ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の計量キャップ。 8. 歯車ポンプ(24)の少なくとも1つの歯車ホイール(34)が、2つ の計量ロータ(31)のロータシャフトの少なくとも1つに相対的な回転がなさ れないように固定して配置されるとともに、歯車ポンプの第2の歯車ホイールに かみ合うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の計量キャップ。 9. 歯車ポンプ(24)の第2の歯車ホイール(34′)が、第2の計量ロ ータ(31)のロータシャフトに回動自在に取り付けられていることを特徴とす る請求項8記載の計量キャップ。 10. 2つの計量ロータ(31)が、2つのブレードを持つように設計され ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の計量キャップ。 11. 混合成分のための供給通路(23)が、混合室(10)を通って延び る小チューブによって構成され、かつ流れから離れた側に少なくとも1つの出口 開口(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の計量キャップ。 12. 計量キャップに組み込まれた少なくとも1つの容器が、少なくとも1 つの組み込まれた供給開口(15)を有し、ねじプラグ(17)によって閉じら れるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の計量キャップ。 13. 出口通路(11)が、十分な長さを持つことにより閉じた状態でその シールが供給通路(23)内の少なくとも1つの出口開口に位置することとなる シールピン(14)を有するねじ頂部(13)によって閉じられるようにしたこ とを特徴とする請求項11記載の計量キャップ。
