Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プロセス制御システムであって: 少なくとも望ましいDC成分を持つ制御信号を発生するプロセスコントローラ ー; 遠隔位置からの適切な通信信号によって調整可能なパラメータを有し、コント ローラーの出力信号の望ましいDC成分によって制御可能な現場機器; 2線ループを含む制御ループ; 前記2線ループによって、前記プロセスコントローラーと現場機器に接続され たインターフェース装置;及び 遠隔位置からの通信信号を、前記インターフェース装置と調整可能なパラメー タの調整装置との間の2線ループ上に接続する手段; 前記インターフェース装置が、コントローラーの出力信号の望ましいDC成分 によって現場機器の信頼性のある制御を可能とし、現場機器の調整可能なパラメ ータを調整するための信頼性のある通信を可能とする手段、 を含むことを特徴とするプロセス制御システム。 2.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする手段が、インターフェース装置 で、調整可能なパラメーターを調整できない程度に通信信号が低減されることを 実質的に防止する手段を含む請求項1記載のプロセス制御システム。 3.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする手段が、プロセス制御装置の通 信信号に与える電気的影響を実質的に防止する手段を含む請求項1記載のプロセ ス制御システム。 4.コントローラの出力信号が望ましくないAC成分を含み、信頼性のある制御 と通信を可能とする手段が、望ましくないAC成分を実質的に低減する低減手段 を含む請求項1記載のプロセス制御システム。 5.前記低減手段が、更に、調整可能なパラメータの調整ができない程度に、イ ンターフェース装置への通信信号を低減を防止し、プロセスコントローラーの与 える電気的影響を実質的に防止する手段を有する請求項4記載のプロセス制御シ ステム。 6.前記インターフェース装置の前後で発生する電圧降下が、コントローラーの 出力信号のDC成分と現場機器との電気的関係が維持できる程度に小さい請求項 5記載のプロセス制御システム。 7.前記の信頼性のある制御と制御を可能とする手段が、調整可能な基準電圧と 高インピーダンス電源とを有する請求項5記載のプロセス制御システム。 8.前記インターフェース装置の前後で電圧が降下し、この電圧降下量が約2V である請求項7記載のプロセス制御システム。 9.前記インターフェース装置が、少なくとも部分的に、コントローラーの出力 信号によって駆動される請求項5記載のプロセス制御システム。 10.前記インターフェース装置が、電気的に悪影響を受けないように、インタ ーフェース装置と現場機器との間に接続された安全装置を更に含む請求項1記載 のプロセス制御システム。 11.望ましいDC成分を有するコントローラー出力信号を出すプロセスコント ローラーと、通信信号の望ましいDC成分に応答する調整可能パラメータを有す る現場機器との間を結ぶ2線ループに接続されて通信信号を送る、プロセス制御 システムに用いるインターフェース装置であって: インターフェース装置を2線ループに接続する接続手段; 通信信号をインターフェース装置に接続する接続手段;及び コントローラーの出力信号の望ましいDC成分によって現場機器の信頼性のあ る制御を可能とし、現場機器の調整可能なパラメータを調整するための信頼でき る通信を可能とする手段、 とからなるプロセス制御システムで使用するインターフェース装置。 12.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする手段が、インターフェース装 置で、調整可能なパラメータの調整ができない程度の通信信号が低減されること を実質的に防止する手段を含む請求項11記載のインターフェース装置。 13.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする手段が、プロセスコントロー ラーの通信信号に与える電気的影響を実質的に防止する手段を含む請求項11記 載のインターフェース装置。 14.コントローラーの出力信号が望ましくないAC成分を含み、信頼性のある 制御と通信を可能とする手段が、コントローラーの出力信号中の望ましくないA C成分を実質的に低減させる手段を有する請求項11記載のインターフェース装 置。 15.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする手段が、調整可能なパラメー タの調整が不可能となる通信信号の低減を防止し、プロセスコントローラーが通 信信号に与える電気的影響を実質的に防止する手段を含む請求項14記載のイン ターフェース装置。 16.前記インターフェース装置の前後で電圧降下があり、その電圧降下値がコ ントローラー出力信号のDC成分と現場機器との電気的関係が維持できる小さな 値に保たれる請求項15記載のインターフェース装置。 17.前記の信頼性のある制御と通信を可能とする装置が、調整可能な電圧基準 と高インピーダンス電源を含む請求項15記載のインターフェース装置。 18.前記インターフェース装置の前後で電圧が降下し、その電圧降下値が約2 Vである請求項17記載のインターフェース装置。 19.前記インターフェース装置が、少なくとも部分的に、コントローラーの出 力信号によって駆動される請求項15記載のインターフェース装置。
