Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.− 少なくとも一部分が誘電材料で作られている、1つの密閉されたチャン バを構成するハウジング、 − 誘電性ハウジング部分にしっかりと固定され、この部分を通して密閉チャン バ内へと延び、互いに向かって延びて平坦な接触表面で終結する内側部分を有す る、一対の離隔した固定接点; − 密閉チャンバ内でハウジング上に取りつけられ、端子終端部を伴うアーマチ ュアシャフト及びこの端子終端部に隣接してアーマチュアシャフトに接続された 可動接点を有し、可動接点が固定接点から間隔どりされている第1の位置と間に 導電性経路を完成させるべく固定接点に対し可動接点が位置づけされている第2 の位置の間で移動可能である電磁的に起動されるアーマチュアアセンブリであっ て、第2の位置から第1の位置までの走行が開始されるとき衝撃接触破断力を提 供するべく第2の位置において可動接点を超えて超過走行するように端子終端部 が配置されているアーマチュアアセンブリ;及び − それぞれの固定接点の平坦な接触表面に隣接してハウジングの反対側の外部 側面に対し、しっかりと固定され、間に延びる中央平面の相対する側にあり、こ の平面から実質的に等しく離隔され、前記固定接点が中央平面の相対する側でオ フセットされている一対の平行で離隔させられた永久磁石、 を含んでなる密閉型リレー。 2.ハウジングの磁石取り付け用外部側面が平坦である、請求の範囲第1項に記 載の密閉型リレー。 3.密閉型チャンバが高真空まで排気されている、請求の範囲第2項に記載の 密閉型リレー。 4.密閉型チャンバには絶縁用気体が充てんされる、請求の範囲第2項に記載の 密閉型リレー。 5.絶縁用気体が水素と窒素の混合物である、請求の範囲第4項に記載の密閉型 リレー。 6.各々の固定接点には、平坦な接触表面から間隔どりされた絶縁リングがしっ かりと固定されている、請求の範囲第1項に記載の密閉型リレー。 7.可動接点が、固定接点の平坦な接点表面を囲む1つの円と実質的に等しい直 径をもつディスクである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の密閉型リレー。 8.固定接点の平坦な接点表面が円形である、請求の範囲第7項に記載の密閉型 リレー。 9.ハウジングの磁石取り付け用外部側面が平坦であり、密閉型チャンバに絶縁 用気体が充てんされている、請求の範囲第8項に記載の密閉型リレー。 10.アーマチュアアセンブリの全ての可動構成要素が密閉型チャンバ内に封入さ れている、請求の範囲第9項に記載の密閉型リレー。
