Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 一方がブレーキディスク(2)を跨ぐキャリパ(1)で、他方が車両に固定 されるキャリヤ(3)である、互いに対して移動できる2つのブレーキ要素と、 キャリパに固着され且つピストン(5)により閉鎖された穴をディスクに対向 して有するシリンダ(4)から成る締付装置と、 ブレーキ要素の一方に取付けられた少なくとも1つのガイドピン(6)と、他 方のブレーキ要素に形成されガイドピンが摺動する孔(8)とから成り、締付装 置が駆動された時にキャリヤに対してキャリパが摺動するのを許容する案内装置 と、 第1のパッドがピストンとディスクの第1面(2a)との間に配置され、第2 のパッドがディスクの第2面(2b)とキャリパの鍔部(1a)との間に配置さ れ、締付装置が駆動された時にディスクに当接される2つの摩擦パッド(9,1 0)と、 締付装置が駆動された時に少なくとも一方が他方に対して変位する2つの部品 (3,5;35.36)を含み、第1及び第2部品の占める相対位置の関数とし て実質的に連続して電気的パラメータを変化させるための装置(12,13,1 5,33,34)を包含する、パッドの少なくとも一方の摩耗状態を監視するた めの少なくとも1つの電気式摩耗指示器と、 を包含する自動車用ディスクブレーキにおいて、摩耗 指示器が、2つの電極(3,5;35,36)を有する容量センサから成り、こ の指示器の部品の各々がこのセンサの対応する電極を構成し、容量センサの電極 の一方が、他方の電極内を摺動できるように装架され、これらの電極が前記案内 装置を形成することに関係し、可変の重なり面積(d)を有し、このブレーキが さらに、このパラメータを周期的に測定し、その値を少なくとも1つの所定の閾 値と比較し、比較の結果が予め記録された正常な結果とは相違する時に故障信号 を送ることができる監視装置(18,27,31)を包含することを特徴とする ディスクブレーキ。 2 請求項1記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、監視装置が、2つの電極の間の キャパシタンスに応答し、指示器の部品の一方に固着され且つセンサの電極の間 で形成されたキャパシタンス(C1)の値の関数として時間にわたり変調される 信号を出力信号として発生できる電子回路(18)を包含することを特徴とする ディスクブレーキ。 3 請求項2記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、電子回路が電源(27)から来 る電気エネルギー信号の変調を出力信号として発生することを特徴とするディス クブレーキ。 4 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、摩耗 指示器の電極の一方が前記ガイドピン(6)から成ることを特徴とするディスク ブレーキ。 5 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、摩耗 指示器の電極の一方がシリンダ(4)に固着された軸線方向電極(35)から成 り、他方の電極がピストン(5)に固着されたスリーブ(36)から成ることを 特徴とするディスクブレーキ。
