Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.製品を射出成形するため、 - 製品輪郭を画定するプロダクトキャビティ(10)と、チャンネル(30) によって前記プロダクトキャビティ(10)に開放連通するスピルキャビティ( 20)とを有する成形型(60)に液状材料(1)の量を注入するステップと、 - 前記プロダクトキャビティに連通する第1ガス入口(51)、及び第2ガス 入口(52)を介してガスを注入することによってプロダクトキャビティ内に第 1ガス容積部分(41)及び前記成形型に第2ガス容積部分(42)を形成する ステップと、 - 前記プロダクトキャビティ内で前記液状材料を固体化するステップと、 - 前記プロダクトキャビティから製品を取り出すステップと よりなる射出成形方法において、 スピルキャビティ(20)に終端する第2ガス入口(52)を介して前記ス ピルキャビティにガスを注入することを特徴とする射出成形方法。 2.第1ガス入口(51)を介するガス注入を、第2ガス入口(52)を介する ガス注入とは異なる時点で開始する請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記第1及び第2のガス容積部分(41,42)間に差圧を生ずるようにし た請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.プロダクトキャビティのデッドエンドゾーン(13)に近接する位置に接続 したチャンネル(30)を介して材料(1)を前記スピルキャビティ(20)に 押しやる請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.前記プロダクトキャビティのうちの液状材料(1)の2個の流れ(3,5) が合流する位置に近接する位置に接続したチャンネル(30)を介して前記材料 (1)を前記スピルキャビティ(20)に押しやる請求項1乃至4のうちのいず れか一項に記載の方法。 6.第1期間中には、第2ガス容積部分(42)における圧力を、第1ガス容積 部分(41)における圧力よりも低くし、また第2期間中には第1ガス容積部 分(41)における圧力に少なくとも等しくする請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 7.製品を射出成形するため、 - 製品輪郭を画定し、かつチャンネル(30)によって開放連通するスピルキ ャビティ(20)を有するプロダクトキャビティ(10)と、 - ガス(41,42)を注入するための第1ガス入口(51)及び第2ガス入 口(52)であって、前記第1ガス入口(51)は前記プロダクトキャビティに 連通させた成形型において、 第2ガス入口(52)をスピルキャビティに終端させたことを特徴とする射 出成形型。 8.前記チャンネル(30)を前記プロダクトキャビティのデッドエンドゾーン (13)に近接する位置で前記プロダクトキャビティ(10)に接続した請求項 7記載の射出成形型。 9.請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造した製品。 10.製品を射出成形するため、 - 製品輪郭を画定するプロダクトキャビティ(10)を有する成形型(60) に液状材料(1)の量を注入するステップと、 - それぞれ、前記プロダクトキャビティに連通する第1ガス入口(51)及び 第2ガス入口(52)を介してガスを注入することによってプロダクトキャビテ ィ内に第1ガス容積部分(41)及び第2ガス容積部分(42)を形成するステ ップと、 - 前記プロダクトキャビティ内で前記液状材料を固体化するステップと、 - 前記プロダクトキャビティから製品を取り出すステップと よりなる射出成形方法において、 前記第1及び第2のガス容積部分の大きさが交互に増減するよう前記ガス容 積部分(41,42)間に交互に正負が変わる差圧を加えることを特徴とする射 出成形方法。
