Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.受容体チロシンキナーゼであるTieに対する抗体。 2.受容体チロシンキナーゼであるTieに対するポリクローナル抗体。 3.受容体チロシンキナーゼであるTieに対するモノクローナル抗体。 4.抗体が抗Tieモノクローナル抗体3C4C7G6である請求の範囲第3項 記載のモノクローナル抗体。 5.請求の範囲第3記載のモノクローナル抗体を産生するハイブリドーマ細胞系 。 6.ハイブリドーマ細胞系がDSM受託番号ACC2159として寄託されてい る請求の範囲第5項記載のハイブリドーマ細胞系。 7.請求の範囲第6項記載のハイブリドーマ細胞系によって産生されたモノクロ ーナル抗体。 8.請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項または第7項記載の検出しうる ように標識した抗体。 9.検出しうる標識が放射性同位体、蛍光色素、色素、酵素およびビオチンから なる群より選ばれる請求の範囲第8項記載の検出しうるように標識した抗体。 10.モノクローナル抗体のマウスのL鎖およびH鎖の相補性決定領域がヒトの可 変領域と融合され、かつ該マウスの相補性決定領域のコンホメーションが保存さ れている請求の範囲第7項記載のヒト化モノクローナル抗体。 11.細胞傷害剤、細胞増殖抑制薬および糖タンパク質か らなる群の1つと接合した請求の範囲第7項または第10項記載のモノクローナ ル抗体。 12.生物学的サンプル中のTieを検出する方法であって、 a)Tieを含んでいる疑いのあるサンプルを、検出しうるように標識した抗 Tie抗体にさらす工程、 b)該サンプルを洗浄する工程、および c)該サンプル中の該検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体の存在を検出す る工程 からなる方法。 13.生物学的サンプルが血液細胞または組織細胞を含む溶液および固形組織標本 からなる群より選ばれる請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。 14.細胞が白血病細胞および骨髄細胞からなる群より選ばれる請求の範囲第13 項記載の方法。 15.内皮細胞の増殖によって特徴づけられる疾患の診断方法であって、 a)内皮細胞の増殖によって特徴づけられる疾患を有する疑いのある患者から 組織サンプルをうる工程、 b)該組織サンプルを、検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体にさらす工程 、 c)該組織サンプルを洗浄する工程、および d)該組織サンプル中の該検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体の存在を検 出する工程 からなる方法。 16.疾患が白血病などの腫瘍性疾患または腫瘍脈管形成を含む疾患、創傷治癒、 血栓塞栓性疾患、アテローム性動脈硬化症および炎症性疾患からなる群より選ば れ る請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17.疾患が巨核芽球性白血球、神経膠腫、髄膜腫、転移性黒色腫、血管芽腫およ び血管周囲細胞腫からなる群より選ばれる請求の範囲第16項記載の方法。 18.生物中の新生血管形成を映像化する方法であって、 a)検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体を、該生物の血管新生を受けてい る疑いのある部位へ投与する工程、および b)該部位に結合した該検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体の量を検出す る工程 からなる方法。 19.標識した抗体がテクネチウム99mで標識されている請求の範囲第18項記 載の方法。 20.検出を、ガンマカメラによって、またはSPECTを用いて行なう請求の範 囲第18項または第19項記載の方法。 21.癌の疾患の状態を診断および/または監視する方法であって、 a)内皮細胞の増殖によって特徴づけられる疾患を有する疑いのある患者から 血清サンプルをうる工程、 b)該血清サンプルを、検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体にさらす工程 、 c)該血清サンプル中の該検出しうるように標識した抗Tie抗体の存在を検 出する工程 からなる方法。 22.監視する疾患の状態が転移によって特徴づけられる請求の範囲第21項記載 の方法。 23.検出工程がサンドイッチ型分析方法によって行なわ れる請求の範囲第21項記載の方法。 24.薬理学的に許容しうる希釈剤、アジュバントまたは担体中の抗Tie抗体ま たは該抗体の誘導体の治療学的に有効な量からなる医薬組成物。 25.抗Tie抗体の有効量が約1〜10mg/mlである請求の範囲第24項記 載の医薬組成物。 26.内皮細胞の異常成長によって特徴づけられる疾患の病状を緩和する方法であ って、請求の範囲第24項記載の医薬組成物を、内皮細胞の異常成長によって特 徴づけられる疾患を有する疑いのある患者に投与する工程からなる方法。
