Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.拡張カテーテルであって、 遠位端および近位端を備え、前記遠位端に隣接してガイドワイヤ口を備える 本体管と、 前記ガイドワイヤ口より遠位の位置で前記遠位端に固定される拡張バルーン と、 近位端を有し、前記ガイドワイヤ口に隣接した開放遠位端を有する前記本体 管の中の比較的剛性のハイポチューブであって、前記本体管およびハイポチュー ブはまとまって入れ子状の内側流体流れ通路および外側流体流れ通路を形成する ハイポチューブと、 流体を前記内側流れ通路および外側流れ通路中に同時に流すための、前記本 体管およびハイポチューブの近位端にある継ぎ手手段と、 を備える拡張カテーテル。 2.請求項1に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチューブの遠位 端に固定され、そこから前記ガイドワイヤ口を横切って延長する補強ワイヤ部分 を備え、前記ガイドワイヤ口の領域での前記カテーテルの補強を強化する拡張カ テーテル。 3.請求項2に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、開放遠位端を有し、前記ガ イドワイヤ口に固定される開放近位端を有する前記拡張バルーン内の案内管を備 え、ガイドワイヤが前記ポートを通して前記案内管を通って、前記本体管 の外面に沿って延長し、前記補強ワイヤ部分が前記案内管の前記開放近位端を横 切って延長する拡張カテーテル。 4.請求項1に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記本体管が、接合部分で 端と端とをつなぎ合わせて互いに固定される比較的可撓性の近位本体管部分およ び遠位本体管部分を具備し、前記ハイポチューブが、比較的剛性の材料から成形 され、その前記開放遠位端が前記接合部分に隣接して配置され、前記ガイドワイ ヤ口が前記接合部分に隣接して位置し、先細補強ワイヤ部分が前記ハイポチュー ブの開放遠位端に固定され、そこから前記本体管の軸方向に前記接合部分および ガイドワイヤ口に沿って延長し、前記内側流れ通路および外側流れ通路の両方が 前記拡張バルーンと流体連通する拡張カテーテル。 5.請求項4に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチューブの近位 端が前記カテーテル本体管に対して固定取付される拡張カテーテル。 6.請求項5に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記内側流体流れ通路およ び外側流体流れ通路がその近位端で互いに封止され、それにより流体が前記内側 通路を通って1つの方向に流れ、同時に前記外側通路を通って反対方向に流れる 拡張カテーテル。 7.請求項4に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチューブが前記 近位本体管部分を越えて近位に延長し、前記治療用カテーテル本体管の中に着脱 可能に挿入され、引き出されるように、構成、配置される拡張カテーテル。 8.請求項1に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、ハイポチューブの近位端か ら遠位端へ内部を通して延長する、挿入可能、抜き取り可能探り針を備える拡張 カテーテル。 9.請求項1に記載される拡張カテーテルであって、前記本体管および前記ハイ ポチューブの近位端に固定される近位接続取付具を備え、前記近位接続取付具が 前記内側流れ通路と流体連通する第1継ぎ手を有し、前記外側流れ通路と流体連 通する第2継ぎ手を有し、前記内側流れ通路および外側流れ通路が前記はハイポ チューブおよび本体管の近位端で互いに封止され、流体を前記流れ通路の1つを 通して前記拡張バルーンに向かって一方向に流し、同時に流体を前記拡張バルー ンから前記流れ通路のもう一方を通して反対方向に流すことによって完全なパー ジが達成できる拡張カテーテル。 10.バルーン拡張カテーテルであって、 近位端および遠位端を有する細長い比較的可撓性の近位本体管部分と、 遠位端を有し、前記近位本体管部分の遠位端に溶着された近位端を有する細 長い比較的可撓性の遠位本体管部分と、 遠位端を有し、前記遠位本体管部分の遠位端に接着された近位端を有する拡 大可能拡張バルーンとを備え、 前記近位本体管部分および前記遠位本体管部分がまとまってカテーテル本体 管を形成し、前記カテーテル本体管が前記拡大可能拡張バルーンの近位端に隣接 して形成されたガイドワイヤ口を有し、前記バルーン拡張カテーテルはさ らに、 前記拡大可能拡張バルーンおよび前記カテーテル本体管の一部内に延長する 案内管であって、前記案内管が前記拡大可能拡張バルーンの遠位端に接着された 開放遠位端を有し、前記ガイドワイヤ口に封止された開放近位端を有する案内管 と、 前記近位本体管部分内の比較的剛性なハイポチューブであって、前記近位本 体管部分の近位端に隣接する近位端を有し、前記ガイドワイヤ口に隣接する開放 遠位端を有し、前記ハイポチューブおよびカテーテル本体管が内部を流体が流れ るための入れ子状になった内側流れ通路および外側流れ通路を形成するハイポチ ューブと、 を備えるバルーン拡張カテーテル。 11.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記遠位管本体 部分が比較的可撓性のプラスチック製であり、前記近位本体管部分が比較的剛性 なプラスチック製であり、前記ハイポチューブが前記近位本体管部分より剛性な 金属製であるバルーン拡張カテーテル。 12.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチュ ーブが、前記ガイドワイヤ口の近位および遠位位置の間の前記カテーテル本体管 内で延長する遠位補強ワイヤ端部分を有するバルーン拡張カテーテル。 13.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチュ ーブの近位端が前記カテーテル本体管に対して固定取付されるバルーン拡張カテ ーテル。 14.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチュ ーブの近位端が、そこに固定され、前記近位本体管部分の近位端の回りに延長す るフックと、前記近位本体管部分に前記フックを固定取付するスリーブとを備え るバルーン拡張カテーテル。 15.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチュ ーブが前記近位本体管部分を越えて近位に延長し、前記治療用カテーテル本体管 中に着脱可能に挿入され、引き出されるように構成配置されるバルーン拡張カテ ーテル。 16.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記近位本体管 部分および前記ハイポチューブの近位端に固定される近位接続取付具を具備し、 前記近位接続取付具が、前記内側流れ通路と連通する第1継ぎ手を有し、前記外 側流れ通路と流体連通する第2継ぎ手を有し、前記内部および外側流れ通路が前 記ハイポチューブおよび近位本体管部分の近位端において互いに封止され、流体 を前記流れ通路の一方を通して前記拡張バルーンに向かって流し、流体を前記拡 張バルーンから前記流れ通路のもう一方を通して流すことにより完全なパージが 達成できるバルーン拡張カテーテル。 17.請求項12に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記近位本体管 部分および遠位本体管部分が、接合域で互いに接着された比較的可撓性のプラス チック製の管から形成され、前記ガイドワイヤ口が前記接合域に形成され、 前記遠位補強ワイヤ端部分が前記接合域およびガイドワイヤ口を越えて前記近位 本体管部分から前記遠位本体管部分に向かって長手方向に延長するバルーン拡張 カテーテル。 18.請求項17に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記ハイポチュ ーブが前記ガイドワイヤ口から近位に離隔した点に配置される前記開放遠位端を 有するバルーン拡張カテーテル。 19.請求項10に記載されるバルーン拡張カテーテルであって、前記近位本体管 部分および前記ハイポチューブの遠位端に固定される近位接続取付具を具備し、 前記取付具が、前記内側流れ通路および前記外側流れ通路の両方と連通する拡張 継ぎ手を具備し、それによって流体を前記通路の両方を通過させることにより、 前記バルーンの膨張・収縮を可能にするバルーン拡張カテーテル。
