Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.触媒中に二つの促進剤A及びBが存在し、該触媒が式I〜IV [式中,AはSb、As、及びBiからなる群から選択されるカチオンの少な くとも一つであり; BはGe、Sb、Pb、Al、Ga、Tl、Sc、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、C o、Ni、Cu、Zn、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd 、La、Hf、W、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Ho、Be、Mg、Ca、 Sr、Ba、Ra、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs及びCe、Pr、Nd、Sm、 Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Th、Pa、及びU を含む希土類からなる群から選択されるカチオンの少なくとも一つであり; δは0−0.5以下であり、そして x及びyは次の通りである、即ち 式Iにおいて: それぞれのAに対して0.7≧x>0、 それぞれのBに対して0.7≧y>0、及び 0.7≧(x+y)>0; 式IIにおいて: それぞれのAに対して0.7≧x>0、及び それぞれのBに対して1.0≧y>0、 式IIIにおいて: それぞれのAに対して1.0≧x>0、及び それぞれのBに対して0.7≧y>0、並びに 式IVにおいて: それぞれのAに対して1.0>x>0、 それぞれのBに対して1.0>y>0、及び 1≧(x+y)>0] の結晶酸化物を含んでなる、アルカン炭化水素の酸化に対する改良されたバナジ ウム−リン−酸素触媒。 2.AがSbである請求の範囲1の触媒。 3.BがFe、Cu、Mn、Al、Ce、Ni、Cr、Bi、Sn、Ga、及 びCoからなる群から選択される請求の範囲1の触媒。 4.BがFeである請求の範囲2の触媒。 5.固溶体形の請求の範囲1の触媒。 6.触媒の製造において、促進剤A及びBを無機塩として反応媒体に導入する 請求の範囲1の触媒。 7.触媒の製造において、促進剤A及びBをそれぞれ独立に、酢酸塩、アルコ キシド、無水ハライド、及びアセチルアセトネートからなる群から選択される塩 として反応媒体に導入する請求の範囲6の触媒。 8.式I〜IV [式中,AはSb,As,及びBiからなる群から選択されるカチオンの少な くとも一つであり; BはGe、Sb、Pb、Al、Ga、Tl、Sc、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、C o、Ni、Cu、Zn、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd 、La、Hf、W、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Ho、Be、Mg、Ca、 Sr、Ba、Ra、Li、Na、K、Rb、 Cs及びCe、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm 、Yb、Lu、Th、Pa、及びUを含む希土類からなる群から選択されるカチ オンの少なくとも一つであり; δは0−0.5以下であり、そして x及びyは次の通りである、即ち 式Iにおいて: それぞれのAに対して0.7≧x>0、 それぞれのBに対して0.7≧y>0、及び 0.7≧(x+y)>0; 式IIにおいて: それぞれのAに対して0.7≧x>0、及び それぞれのBに対して1.0≧y>0、 式IIIにおいて: それぞれのAに対して1.0≧x>0、及び それぞれのBに対して0.7≧y>0、並びに 式IVにおいて: それぞれのAに対して1.0>x>0、 それぞれのBに対して1.0>y>0、及び 1≧(x+y)>0] の結晶酸化物を含んでなる触媒を用いることを含んでなる、バナジウム−リン− 酸素触媒の使用によるn−ブタンの無水マレイン酸への改良された酸化法。 9.触媒が唯一の酸素源である請求の範囲8の方法。 10.酸化を循環固体反応器で行う請求の範囲8の方法。
