Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.0.2〜100g/10分(230℃/2.16kg)のメルトフローインデックスを有するポリ プロピレン樹脂上に単量体を遊離基グラフトさせる方法において、 (i)前記ポリプロピレン樹脂を、式: (式中、RはH又はC1-4アルキルであり;R1は-(CH2)n-、-C(O)O-(CH2)n-又は- (CH2)n-O-であり;nは1〜4の整数である)を有するアリルエポキシ化合物;式 : (式中、R2はH、0H、CH3又はアリルである)を有するスチレン系化合物;及び 開始剤としての過酸化物;と混合し、 (ii)上記混合物を、アリルエポキシ化合物とスチレン系化合物のポリプロピレ ン樹脂上への所望の程度のグラフトが達成されるまで、連続的な混合条件下、ポ リプロピレン樹脂の融点及び前記過酸化物の分解温度より高い温度まで加熱し、 ついで (iii)得られた組成物を冷却し、粉砕する工程からなることを特徴とする、ポ リプロピレン樹脂上への単量体の遊離基グラフト方法。 2.反応剤の溶融と混合を不活性雰囲気、好ましくは、窒素の雰囲気中で行う 、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.グラフト工程を連続的な攪拌条件下、密閉混合機中で行う、請求項1又は 2に記載の方法。 4.グラフト工程を押出機中で行う、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 5.グラフトを、スチレン系化合物が連鎖移動剤化合物としての働きと共重合 性単量体としての働きをする条件下で行い、それによって、ポリプロピ レン重合体のβ−分断を、純粋なポリプロピレン樹脂を単独で加工した場合に得 られるものより低くする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.アリルエポキシ化合物はグリシジルメタクリレートである、請求項1〜5 のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.スチレン系化合物がスチレンである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方 法。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られるグラフトポリプロ ピレン組成物。 9.ポリプロピレン樹脂に基づいて計算して、0〜10重量%の量のグリシジル メタクリレートと0〜10重量%の量のスチレンとを含有する請求項8に記載の組 成物。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる組成物の、ポリマ ーブレンドの製造における相溶化剤としての、重合体接着促進剤としての及び改 善された印刷性を要求される物品における使用。
