Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関に燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射装置であって、本体が設けられ ており、燃料通路が設けられており、該燃料通路が、本体を貫通して、燃料を噴 射するノズルまで延びており、弁座が設けられており、該弁座が本体の内部で燃 料通路内に配置されており、電気的に操作される機構が設けられており、該機構 が弁部材を有しており、該弁部材が、弁座に着座したり弁座から離れたりするこ とによって、燃料通路を開閉して燃料を流過させるために弁座に対して往復運動 させられるようになっており、孔付きディスク手段が、燃料通路内で弁座とノズ ルとの間に配置されている形式のものにおいて、前記孔付きディスク手段が、2 つの孔付きディスク部材を有しており、これらの孔付きディスク部材が、互いの 周面が隣接し合うように互いに向き合って重ねられていて、且つこれらの孔付き ディスク部材の中央範囲が、協働してこれらの孔付きディスク部材の間に壁に囲 まれた室を規定するように形成されており、各孔付きディスク部材が、前記室の 壁を貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの貫通孔を有しており、該貫通孔が、室と燃 料通路との間の燃料の連絡を可能にして、弁座を貫通した燃料が、ノズルから噴 射される前に前記室を通過するようになっていることを特徴とする、複数の孔付 きの新規のディスク部材を 有する燃料噴射装置。 2.集合的に、前記貫通孔が、計量、乱流形成、及び目標定めの機能を実施す るようになっている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。 3.一方の孔付きディスク部材の少なくとも1つの貫通孔が、他方の孔付きデ ィスク部材に設けられた少なくとも1つの貫通孔よりも大きい流過範囲を有して いる、請求項1記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。 4.一方の孔付きディスク部材に設けられた少なくとも1つの貫通孔が、この ような貫通孔を複数包含しており、他方の孔付きディスク部材に設けられた少な くとも1つの貫通孔が、このような貫通孔を複数包含しており、前記一方の孔付 きディスク部材に設けられた各貫通孔が、前記他方の孔付きディスク部材に設け られた各貫通孔よりも大きい流過範囲を有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装 置。 5.前記一方の孔付きディスク部材の前記中央範囲が平らであり、これに対し て、他方の孔付きディスク部材の前記中央範囲が平らでない、請求項1記載の燃 料噴射装置。 6.前記両孔付きディスク部材の前記中央範囲が平らでない、請求項1記載の 燃料噴射装置。 7.前記両孔付きディスク部材の前記中央範囲が、互いに離れる方向で突出す るそれぞれのドーム部を有している、請求項6記載の燃料噴射装置。 8..前記両孔付きディスク部材の前記中央範囲が、それぞれドーム部を有し ており、一方のドーム部が他方のドーム部内に重なっている、請求項6記載の燃 料噴射装置。 9.第3の孔付きディスク部材が、前記2つの孔付きディスク部材の間に挟ま れて配置されていて、第3の孔付きディスク部材が、前記室を2つの部分に仕切 っていて、且つ、第3の孔付きディスク部材自体の、少なくとも1つの貫通孔を 有しており、該貫通孔が、前記室の2つの部分の間の燃料の連絡を可能にしてい る、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。 10.前記一方の孔付きディスク部材に設けられた少なくとも1つの貫通孔が、 計量と乱流形成の両機能を実施するようになっており、他方の孔付きディスク部 材に設けられた少なくとも1つの貫通孔も、計量と乱流形成の両機能を実施する ようになっている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
