Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 冶金容器の金属ノズルから流出する溶融金属の少なくとも一部が冷却面 との接触により凝固する溶融鋼冷却方法において、 還元雰囲気を形成するガス流が、自由に接近可能な鋼連鋳材の表面に前記冶 金容器の前記金属ノズルから出た直接後に導かれ、 連鋳材表面が、少なくとも完全に凝固するまではこのガス雰囲気に曝される ことを特徴とする溶融鋼冷却方法。 2. ガスの温度が前もって与えられて導かれることが可能であることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 3. ガスが、連鋳材表面の凝固を阻止する温度に加熱されることを特徴とす る請求項2に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 4. 反対側に発生する凝固前線が連鋳材を厚さ方向でまだ貫通していない領 域内で、高温ガスが連鋳材搬送方向で連鋳材表面に当てられることを特徴とする 請求項3に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 5. ガスが、液状で搬送される程度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項2 に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 6. ガスが0〜50°の角度で鋼連鋳材の表面に当たることを特徴とする請 求項1から請求項5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 7. ガスが、鋼連鋳材の表面応力を低減するために鋼連鋳材に等速でかつ1 0°より小さい角度で当てられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の溶融鋼冷却 方法。 8. ガスが、鋼連鋳材の表面が凹まされて連鋳材の横断面が減少する程度の 量及び測定で鋼連鋳材の表面に当たることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の溶融鋼 冷却方法。 9. ガス流が、鋼連鋳材の搬送方向に対して横方向で速度横断面及び圧力横 断面が調整されるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の溶融鋼冷 却方法。 10. 速度横断面及び圧力横断面が膨らみ形状を有することを特徴とする請 求項9に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法。 11. 金属ノズルを有する容器を具備する鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置であって、前 記鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置を介して溶融金属を、鋼連鋳材の少なくとも1つの側に接 触する冷却型に導くことができる請求項1に記載の溶融鋼冷却方法を実施する鋼 連鋳材鋳込み装置において、 鋼連鋳材(S)が完全に凝固するまでの領域内で前記鋳材(S)を取囲むハ ウジング(31)が設けられ、 前記ハウジング(31)の中で連鋳材案内方向(s)で容器(11)の金属 ノズル(12)に平行に前記金属ノズル(12)の少なくとも直接の近辺にガス ノズル(25)が設けられ、前記ガスノズル(25)はガス供給ステーション( 29)に接続され、 前記ハウジング(31)が連鋳材出口開口(32)の近傍に密封部材(33 )有し、前記密封部材(33)がガス漏洩を最小化することを特徴とする鋼連鋳 材鋳込み装置。 12. 所望のガス容積及び/又はガス流出速度に依存して鋼連鋳材に対して ガスノズル(25)の数及び配置が連鋳材搬送方向(s)及び連鋳材幅方向で定 められることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置。 13. ガス供給ステーション(29)とガスノズル(25)との間に熱交換 器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置。 14. 供給ステーションに圧縮機(21)が接続されていることを特徴とす る請求項11に記載の鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置。 15. ハウジング(31)の連鋳材出口端部(32)にガス集め導管(27 ) が設けられ、前記ガス集め導管(27)はガスのガス供給ステーション(29) に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の鋼連鋳材鋳込み装置。
