Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電磁放射の作用により固化可能な材料を固化することにより、レーザー焼結 を用いて物体を層状に製造するための装置において、電磁ビーム(6)を発生さ せるための装置(5)と、作業面(7)内の上記材料上に上記ビーム(6)を収 束させるための収束装置(8)とを備え、上記収束装置(8)はレンズ(9)と 、上記レンズ(9)を支持する台座(10)とを備え、上記作業面(7)に対向 する上記レンズ(9)の結像側表面(11)の近傍にリングノズル(12)を配 置し、上記リングノズルは、流出する流れが、上記結像側表面(11)に沿って 接線方向に吹きつけて中央に向かうようにして、上記結像側表面(11)に対し て方向づけられた出口を備え、上記ノズルの入口は加圧ガス供給源に選択的に接 続されることを特徴とする装置。 2.上記ガスは窒素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
