Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.重量%で、実質上、 C 最大約0.035 Mn 約1.0−2.0 Si 最大約1.0 P 最大約0.2 S 約0.15−0.45 Cr 約16.0−20.0 Ni 約9.2−12.0 Mo 最大約1.5 Cu 約0.8−2.0 N 最大約0.035 Se 最大約0.1 を含有し、残部が実質上Feであって、被削性と低透磁性とを兼ね備えた良好な 特性を有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼合金。 2.炭素及び窒素の含有量が、夫々約0.030w/o以下であることを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の合金。 3.炭素の含有量が、約0.025w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求 項1に記載の合金。 4.炭素の含有量が、約0.02w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の合金。 5.ニッケルの含有量が、約11.0w/oまでであることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の合金。 6.重量%で、実質上、 C 最大約0.030 Mn 約1.0−2.0 Si 最大約0.5 P 最大約0.1 S 約0.15−0.45 Cr 約17.0−19.0 Ni 約9.2−11.0 Mo 最大約0.75 Cu 約0.8−2.0 N 最大約0.030 Se 最大約0.05 を含有し、残部が実質上Feであって、被削性と低透磁性とを兼ね備えた良好な 特性を有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼合金。 7.炭素及び窒素の含有量が、夫々約0.025w/o以下であることを特徴 とする、請求項6に記載の合金。 8.炭素の含有量が、約0.02w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求項 6に記載の合金。 9.ニッケルの含有量が、約10.0w/oまでであることを特徴とする、請 求項6に記載の合金。 10.銅の含有量が、約1.0w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6 に記載の合金。 11.重量%で、実質上、 C 最大約0.025 Mn 約1.0−2.0 Si 最大約0.5 P 最大約0.1 S 約0.25−0.45 Cr 約17.0−19.0 Ni 約9.2−10.0 Mo 最大約0.75 Cu 約0.8−1.0 N 最大約0.025 Se 最大約0.05 を含有し、残部が実質上Feであって、被削性と低透磁性とを兼ね備えた良好な 特性を有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼合金。 12.炭素の含有量が、約0.02w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求 項11に記載の合金。 13.ニッケルの含有量が、少なくとも約9.5w/oであることを特徴とす る、請求項11に記載の合金。 14.重量%で、実質上、 C 最大約0.01 Mn 約1.0−2.0 Si 最大約0.5 P 最大約0.1 S 約0.25−0.45 Cr 約17.0−19.0 Ni 約9.5−12.0 Mo 最大約0.75 Cu 約0.5−2.0 N 最大約0.035 Se 最大約0.05 を含有し、残部が実質上Feであって、被削性と低透磁性とを兼ね備えた良好な 特性を 有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼合金。 15.窒素の含有量が、約0.025w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請 求項14に記載の合金。 16.銅の含有量が、約1.0w/o以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1 4に記載の合金。 17.ニッケルの含有量が、約11.0w/oまでであることを特徴とする、 請求項14に記載の合金。
