Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 貴金属およびプラチナ・グループ金属それぞれ、ならびに不純物を含むマ テリアルをドレッシングする方法であって、先ず該マテリアルを第1の温度範囲 内の温度で酸化処理し、続いて、該マテリアルを第2の温度範囲内の温度で還元 処理し、最終的に該マテリアルを第3の温度範囲内の温度で塩素化処理すること を特徴とするもの。 2. 個々の工程における該マテリアルの処理をガス状物質で行い、酸化処理は 、酸素または酸素を含む混合ガスで行い、還元処理を水素または水素/不活性ガ ス混合ものである還元ガスまたは還元混合ガスで行い、塩素化処理を塩素で行う ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1による方法。 3. 第1の温度範囲は、200°Cから800°C、好ましくは、400°C から500°Cの間であり、第2の温度範囲は、200°Cから1000°C、 好ましくは、600°Cから800°Cの間であり、第3の温度範囲は、800 °Cから1300°C、有利には、900°Cから1150°Cの間であること を特徴とする請求の範囲1による方法。 4. 該マテリアルが酸化処理後で還元処理の前に、例えば、窒素ガスのような 不活性ガスによって掃気されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1による方法。 5. 特定の温度範囲内にある非揮発性の塩素化合物を該プロダクトを冷やした 後に例えば水で洗い流すことを特徴とする請求の範囲2による方法。 6. マテリアルがソリッドである場合、酸化処理前に粉砕処理されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1による方法。 7. 反応器ベッセル(1)を含み、前記ベッセル(1)には、マテリアル(9 )の処理媒体のためのインレット(7)が設けられており、前記インレット(7 )は、反応器ベッセル(1)の下位領域に位置し、前記ベッセル(1)には、処 理媒体の出口(5)が設けられており、前記出口(5)は、反応器ベッセル(1 )の上位領域に設けられており、媒体ストリームをディストリビュートする装置 (12)が反応器ベッセル(1)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲1による方法を遂行する装置。 8. 例えば、ベンチュリ・スクラバーのようなスクラバーが反応器ベッセル( 1)の出口(5)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲7による装置。 9. 加熱装置(15)が反応器の壁(2)の外面に関連しており、そして/ま たは加熱装置が供給ライン(7)にインサートされていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲7による装置。 10.熱交換器が反応器ベッセル(1)、即ち、インレット(7)の領域内に内 蔵されており、該熱交換器が供給された反応ガスを必要な操作温度に上げること を特徴とする請求の範囲7による装置。
