Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の構内(142)を連結するネットワークであって、 広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分(130)と、 幹線電力を供給するために構内のそれぞれ1つに各々が接続される複数の電力 ケーブル(134)とを含み、 前記電力ケーブルの各々はまた、広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分に接続さ れるため、電気通信信号の、広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分と前記電力ケー ブルの各々との間での伝送が可能であり、 電気通信信号を、広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分に沿い、かつ前記構内の 各々のそれぞれの電力ケーブルに沿い伝送することにより前記複数の構内へおよ び/またはそこから伝送することが可能である、ネットワーク。 2.衛星送信器から電気通信信号を受信するための衛星受信手段をさらに含み、 電気通信信号は前記衛星受信手段、前記広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分、お よび前記電力ケーブルを介して前記衛星送信器から前記複数の構内へ伝送可能で ある、請求項1に記載のネットワーク。 3.複数のインタフェースユニットを含み、前記インタフェースユニットの各々 は前記電力ケーブルの1つを前記広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分に接続し、 前記インタフェースユニットの各々は高周波数電気通信信号が前記広帯域電気通 信ネットワークの部分と前記電力ケーブルとの間 で送られることを可能にするため、かつ低周波数幹線電力信号がその間で送られ るのを防止するための高域フィルタ手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載のネッ トワーク。 4.前記電力ケーブルの全体は前記複数の構内の外部にある、上記の請求項いず れか1つに記載のネットワーク。 5.前記広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分はファイバ光学、撚り対線、または 同軸ケーブルのいずれかまたはすべてを含む、上記の請求項いずれか1つに記載 のネットワーク。 6.1対の建築物の間で電気通信信号を伝送する方法であって、 (i) 幹線電力を第1の建築物に供給するための外部電力ケーブルに沿い第 1の建築物から信号を伝送するステップと、次に、 (ii) 広帯域電気通信ネットワークの部分に沿い信号を伝送するステップと 、次に、 (iii) 幹線電力を第2の建築物に供給するための第2の外部電力ケーブル に沿い信号を伝送するステップとを含む、電気通信信号を伝送する方法。 7.前記電気通信信号の搬送周波数は少なくとも1MHzである、請求項6に記 載の電気通信信号を伝送する方法。 8.実質的に添付の図面の図13を参照してこの明細書において説明されるネッ トワーク。 9.多数の相を有する配電および/または電力伝送ネット ワークであって、前記数は1、2、4、5、6、7、8、9、…nというリスト から選択されるものであり(nは9よりも大きな整数)、かつおよそ1MHzを 上回る搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号をネットワークの相コンダクタの少なく とも1つに入力するための入力手段と、前記電気通信信号をネットワークの相コ ンダクタの他の少なくとも1つから取除くための出力手段とを含む、配電および /または電力伝送ネットワーク。 10.不平衡配電および/または電力伝送ネットワークであってその少なくとも 一部はクラッドケーブルを含み、ネットワークはおよそ1MHzを上回る搬送周 波数を有する電気通信信号をネットワークに入力するための入力手段と、前記電 気通信信号をネットワークから取除くための出力手段とを含み、前記信号は前記 クラッドケーブルを有するネットワークの部分に沿い伝送可能である、不平衡配 電および/または電力伝送ネットワーク。 11.トランクおよび分岐マルチポイント配電および/または電力伝送ネットワ ークであって、およそ1MHzを上回る搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号をネッ トワークに入力するための入力手段と、前記電気通信信号をネットワークから取 除くための出力手段とを含む、トランクおよび分岐マルチポイント配電および/ または電力伝送ネットワーク。 12.配電および/または電力伝送ネットワークであって、 少なくともその一部分は建築物の外部にあり、ネットワークはおよそ1MHzを 上回る搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号をネットワークに入力するための入力手 段と、前記電気通信信号をネットワークから取除くための出力手段とを含み、前 記信号は前記ネットワークの外部にある部分に沿い伝送可能である、配電および /または電力伝送ネットワーク。 13.およそ1MHzを上回る搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号を電力分配およ び/または伝送ネットワークの少なくとも1つの相コンダクタに入力すること、 ならびに次にネットワークの他の少なくとも1つの相コンダクタから信号を受取 ることを含む、信号伝送の方法であって、前記ネットワークは数多くの相を有し 、前記数は1、2、4、5、6、7、8、9、…nというリストから選択される (nは9よりも大きな整数である)、信号伝送の方法。
