Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. プラスチック処理機械が運転している間の電動モータ(124、156 )の効率の変動を補償するための方法であって、 (a) 前記モータ(124、156)に供給される電流が運転パラメータに 応じて制御される期間である閉ループ制御期間と、所定の電流が前記モータに供 給される期間である開ループ制御期間とを含む運転サイクルにわたって、前記電 動モータ(124、156)を用いて、前記プラスチック処理機械の機構(10 0、102)を駆動する工程と、 (b) 前記閉ループ期間(200,226)の間に前記モータ(124、1 56)に供給される基準電流を、確立された運転条件の下で決定する工程と、 (c) 各々の運転サイクルの間に前記モータ(124、156)に供給され る電流を監視して、前記決定した閉ループ基準電流からの変動を感知して測定す る工程と、 (d) 前記開ループ期間(210、244)の間に、前記モータ(124、 156)に供給される所定の電流を、前記閉ループ基準値からの変動に基づいて 調節し、これにより、各々のサイクルにおける前記開ループ期間(210、24 4)の間に、一定のモータ性能を確保する工程とを備えることを特徴とする方法 。 2. 射出成形機が運転している間の電動モータ(124)の効率の変動を補 償するための方法であって、 (a) 前記電動モータ(124)に供給される電流が予め選択されたクラン プ速度に基づいて閉ループ制御される期間であるクランプ閉止インターバル(2 26)と、所定の電流が前記モータ(124)に供給される期間であるトン数発 生インターバル(244)とを含む運転サイクルにわたって、前記電動モータ( 124)を用いて、前記射出成形機のクランプ機構(100)を駆動する工程と 、 (b)前記クランプ閉止インターバル(226)の間に前記モータ(124) に供給される基準電流を決定して、確立された運転条件の下で予め選択された速 度を達成する工程と、 (c) 前記機械の各々の運転サイクルの間に前記モータ(124)に供給さ れる電流を監視し、前記決定された基準電流からの変動を検知して測定する工程 と、 (d) 前記トン数発生インターバル(244)の間に前記モータ(124) に供給される所定の電流を、前記クランプ閉止インターバル(226)の間の前 記基準電流からの変動に基づいて調節し、これにより、各々のサイクルにおける 前記トン数発生インターバル(244)の間に一定のモータ性能を確保する工程 とを備えることを特徴とする方法。
