Description of the Related Art A conventional disposable body warmer can be operated by a simple operation such as manually rubbing the contents (exothermic composition) containing iron powder and an oxidation promoter in a bag, or from a vacuum-packaged outer bag. Since it is extremely easy to generate heat simply by taking it out, it has become widely used in place of the electric warmers used up to then. However, since this disposable body warmer does not have any attachment means by itself, it can be held only by a hand or put in a pocket of clothes, for example, to warm a waist or the like. In some cases, it was necessary to hold it over the clothes with paper tape or hands.

When it is worn, there is a problem that it peels off due to sweating, rash due to the inhibition of sweating, or that the skin cannot breathe. That is, such a conventional disposable body warmer with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is essentially forced to adopt the method of sticking to the inner side of the outerwear or the underwear as described above. On the other hand, a disposable body warmer having a configuration in which no adhesive is present in the central strip on the back of the body warmer, that is, a configuration in which the adhesive layer is provided in the form of a strip on the left and right sides of the body back is commercially available. This disposable body warmer has a cut in the center of the release paper to be attached to the adhesive layer, and since there is no adhesive below this cut, the release paper can be easily peeled off from the edge of this cut. Although it has an advantage, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers provided in strips on the left and right exist in a solid state, the same problem as described above occurs when directly applied to the skin of the body.

Therefore, the adhered portion and its periphery can be kept warm and heated without inhibiting skin respiration and sweating and without peeling off due to sweating from the skin. Also, since the adhesive layer is composed of a plurality of spots,
The edge can be easily peeled off when the release paper is removed during use. Furthermore, the sweat produced by heating is
Although it is discharged from the continuous non-adhesive portion to the peripheral edge portion, even if the heating element sheet is transparent, especially when the base material forming the front and back of the heating element is made of a material having air permeability. Since it is discharged, sweat does not collect on the skin surface and promotes sweating.

The bag body 5 is formed by stacking a breathable top sheet and a back sheet on each other and joining their peripheral edges by heat sealing or the like. The composition of the exothermic composition 6 is not particularly limited as long as it can maintain a safe temperature for a long time without causing low-temperature burn.

., and the total area of the spot portions 7 is 30 to 70% of the area of the back surface of the heating element 2 (= the area of the heating element sheet 1). The spotted portion 7 is circular,
It may be oval, square, triangular, or any other shape. Also, even if the outer diameter is smaller than 3 mm, it is rather preferable for the skin, but the smaller the outer diameter is, the larger the total number is in consideration of the regulation of the total area, and the adjacent spots 7 are easily united and easily expanded. Therefore, it is not preferable. On the other hand, if the outer diameter is larger than 5 mm, the area of the skin where the skin respiration and sweating are suppressed becomes large, which may cause a rash during use, which is not preferable. Further, if the total area of the spots 7 is less than 30% of the area of the back surface of the heating element, sufficient adhesive force may not be obtained and peeling may occur during use. On the other hand, if it is more than 70%, the area of the skin where the skin respiration and sweating are suppressed becomes large, which may cause a rash during use, which is not preferable. The pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is not particularly limited in its composition, thickness, etc., as long as it is a safe one that does not adversely affect the skin, and depending on the additional purpose. Additives may be mixed, for example, a solventless type rubber-based adhesive that does not contain any organic solvent or reactive monomer can be used, and the adhesive force can maintain a minimum weight (weight of heating element sheet). It should be set so that it does not cause pain when peeled from the skin after use.

Create. In the case of mass production, on the surface of the substrate supplied by a roll winding of several meters width, the adhesive is continuously applied in a substantially dot shape by various known roll coaters, and if necessary (solvent drying type, Alternatively, in the case of a thermosetting type pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can be prepared by drying and then laminating a release paper having substantially the same width as the base material. A double-sided tape-like sheet may be formed by forming an adhesive layer (the entire surface may be solid-coated) on the other surface side (the opposite surface side on which the adhesive layer 3 composed of a plurality of spots 7 is provided). Then, the label-like sheet (or the double-sided tape-like sheet) produced as described above is used as the back sheet of the bag body 5, and production is performed according to the production of a conventional disposable body warmer. That is, the surface sheet cut into a suitable width and the label-like sheet (or double-sided tape-like sheet) are superposed, and the heat-generating composition 6 is interposed therebetween, and the peripheral portions of both sheets are heat-sealed or the like. And the heating element sheet 1 of the present invention is obtained.

A non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 80 g was used as the base material forming the front and back of the heating element. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer uses a solvent-free type rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive (normal adhesive force to the skin of the subject is 250 g or more, aging adhesive force is 250 g or more), the thickness is 25 μm, and the outer diameter is 3 μm.
The circular portion of mm was formed to be 50% of the area of the back surface of the heating element. A heating element sheet of a comparative example was prepared in exactly the same manner except that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was formed on the entire back surface (solid shape). The heating element sheets of the above-mentioned Examples and Comparative Examples were placed side by side on the skin of the subject, left to stand and observed. As a result, the heating element sheet of the comparative example was peeled off in about 1 hour, and it was confirmed that the cause was sweating. On the other hand, the heating element sheets of the examples did not peel off even after 24 hours, and there was no itch caused by a rash.
It retained good heat retention and heating effects. Further, it was also confirmed that it has an effect of reducing the amount of the heat-generating composition contained in the bag, as compared with the heat-generating sheet attached to the inside of the conventional outerwear or the underwear.

Further, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is composed of a plurality of spots, the edge can be easily peeled off when the release paper is removed during use, and it is not necessary to purposely provide a shearing portion in the center of the release paper. . Furthermore, the sweat generated by heating flows down from the continuous non-adhesive portion to the peripheral portion and is discharged. Especially, when the base material forming the front and back of the heating element is made of a breathable material, Since it is discharged even through the heating element sheet, sweat is not accumulated on the skin surface and promotes sweating.
