Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is often necessary to divide a work, which is a sheet-like material such as a paper box, into a predetermined number, for example, 100 sheets, for easy and reliable handling. In many cases, such sorting work is manually performed, which is troublesome, lacks accuracy, and is inefficient in workability, and cannot match the performance of the apparatus for producing the sheet-like material. The one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-345437 developed by the present applicant to solve such a problem is known, but it has the following problems.

It is composed of a pair of sorting members which are movable up and down and movable along the belt and a pusher which pushes the sorting members, and thus a predetermined number of the divided workers placed on the transport device. The workpieces are sequentially pushed out by a pusher, and the pushed workpieces must be immediately moved manually to a case or the like provided in advance, which cannot cope with the speedup of the apparatus. In particular, when the number of bundled sheets is small, it cannot be handled.

In the process, the sheet-like material is detected by the sensor-4 and counted by the counter. On the receiving side of the second conveyor, a block-shaped partition material 40, which is preferably in the form of a block, is placed in advance on the receiving side, and the sheet-like material is sequentially sent out and leaned against the surface of the partition material. The transfer device is stopped when a predetermined number of sheets are detected by the sensor and counted by the counter, and when the predetermined number of sheets are sent to the second conveyor, the pusher is pushed. 6 operates to push the back surface of the rearmost work, and a predetermined number of sheets are pressed between the partition member and the pusher, and in that state, the next partition member receives the second conveyor. Placed near the side, the pusher pusher retracts through the next partition and the above operation is resumed. Therefore, a predetermined number of sheets are placed between the pair of partition members.

In that case, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the partition material conveying device 8 is provided with an electromagnet 41 for appropriately adsorbing the partition material. Although various mechanisms or a suitable robot can be used as the transfer device 8, in this embodiment, in order to simplify the mechanism, a pair of air cylinders 42 and 43 are used, and the movement of the air cylinder 42 in which the mobile shaft operates up and down. An electromagnet 41 is installed at the lower end of the mobile shaft, and the other air cylinder 43 moves the electromagnet 41 laterally together with the air cylinder 42. The partition material 40
May be moved by other methods such as vacuum suction or gripping with a pair of arms.

The relative position may be arbitrary. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a predetermined number of works are sent to the partition member 40 side on the second conveyor, and the pusher 6 is activated to operate the partition member 40.
When the predetermined number of work is pressed between the pusher 33 and the pusher 33 of the pusher, the next partition 40 is placed on the receiving side of the second conveyor 5, so that the pusher 33 pushes the next partition 40. To retreat through. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, therefore, the front and rear facing surfaces of the partition member 40, that is, the second conveyor 5
The pair of surfaces perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the is open so that the pressing portion 33 can pass therethrough.

Is gradually fed to the transfer conveyor 3, and when it reaches the position of the transfer conveyor 2, the transfer conveyor 3 is separated from the next work one by one.
Is detected by the sensor-4 at the appropriate position, counted, and sent to the exit side. From this transfer conveyor, the work is sent in a vertical state, and is sent to the second conveyor 5 as it is.

You can lean against it. When a predetermined number of works are detected and counted by the sensor-4, the feeding conveyor 2 is stopped, and when the predetermined number of works is sent to the second conveyer, the pusher 6 is operated to finish. By pushing the back surface of the work of the section, a predetermined number of the work is pinched between the partition member 40 and the pressing portion 33 of the pusher, and in that state, the next partition member 40 is placed on the receiving side of the second conveyor 5. Put on.

1 is lowered onto the partition material 40 on the third conveyor 7 and raised while supporting the partition material, moved by the other air cylinder 43 onto the second conveyor, and then lowered and placed. . When the next partition is placed on the second conveyor, the pusher 33 of the pusher retracts through the next partition and the above operation is restarted. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, each predetermined number of works is placed between each pair of partition members.

By making the conveying surface of the sheet relatively long, it is possible to relatively increase the number of bundles of the sheet-like objects to be placed thereon, and the sheets separated on the second conveyor. This facilitates the work of moving the object to another position and creates a space.
That is, it is not necessary to always perform the work at a constant speed, a certain degree of slowness is allowed, and the sheet-like material divided on the second conveyor can be handled with a margin.

If it is provided in the above, it is ensured that the sheets are fed one by one. If a guide plate and an endless belt for contacting the upper edge of the sheet-like object are provided on the receiving side of the second conveyor, the sheet-like object can be properly delivered in an upright state. Also, the use of a hollow block with open opposing surfaces simplifies the pusher pressing mechanism.
